Went in not expecting to buy a car. How wrong we were. Met at the door by a lovely gentleman called Richard. Told him what were looking for he showed us a couple of cars then we discussed what to buy he said they had a demonstrator in the model we liked would we like a test drive. He also said they had another demonstrator at another branch in another colour we do not like black which the first car was. We had the test drive and Richard left us to give time to discuss the car and if we were interested. He was not all pushy I have experienced at other deanships. Some dealers we have been in we have been totally ignored. Richard did not push at all he gave time to discuss our decision.. Our car was valued £1000 more than the garage next door. We decided to go ahead with the sale .The car was drive up from another dealership and we took delivery 5 days later. Fastest car we have ever brought. Richard spent time with us answered all our questions on our hand over. Richard is a credit to Vertu. Thankyou from us both the Trouble and The tight Yorkshire man.

I expressed interest in a car they have…
I expressed interest in a car they have listed as part of their inventory. Very aggressive sales tactics; the usual ‘we have several lines of interest in this vehicle’ etc etc. Extremely ‘pushy’ and not pleasant to deal with whatsoever.
I’m glad I walked away and went with a competitor who were not only pleasant to deal with but made me an excellent offer for an identical car, which I have subsequently purchased.
Personally, I’ll never entertain a Vertu dealership ever again.

Stockton Nissan won’t be back again!
We have purchased Nissan Qashqia, quite new. I did purchase car from this dealership before but seems to be store gone down hill no one gets back to you if you email or call. Seller advised me that they don’t have office so they don’t check emails or have time. I have emailed store as car we have purchased has no new keeper slip, paid 12 months taxed but not showing its taxed, car has a white paint over all over interior of the car, alloys scratched so bad but been told like new condition, radio screen was scratched to bits. I have emailed customer services, manager Lee from store still no one got back to me. I have done a deal with car mats included but front car mats in the car but back of the car mats no where to be seen. Worst part is getting ignored by paying lots of money and specially returning customer purchased so many cars from Vertu no help whatsoever!

I have recently had my car in for the…
I have recently had my car in for the air con to be serviced and also a summer check, but prior to this I had a full service and MOT. I dealt with a lady called Emma, I could not fault her at all. She kept me updated on everything and when the car was returned to me, she had included a car wash and vacuum free of charge.
There’s a nice area to sit while you wait and a coffee machine for you to use free of charge.
Highly recommend this garage and Emma for there first class service.

From the moment we dropped into Nissan…
From the moment we dropped into Nissan Stockton we felt noticed and welcomed but not hassled. We we wanted more information, a polite smile over to the staff saw us acknowledged, with staff introducing themselves to us, and asking if they could help in anyway.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Excellent service from start of purchase to vehicle collection. Over our 3 visits to the sales room we were helped by 6 staff of varying grades. All were polite, courteous and most helpful.

Nissan X -Trail
We called into the Nissan garage at Stockton, the following week we had booked a test drive. There was no pressure at all from any of the customer service team. In particular, Joanne Drysdale was professional from start to finish, everything was explained. We said that we would think about it and get back to her. We only made it to our car!! and we had made our decision to buy a new car!!! Again, everything was explained to us. When collecting the car, again Joanne was brilliant. Highly recommend Joanne and the team and thank you, we love the car.

Jai was friendly and helpful when we arrived to consider a new car. He showed us what was available and arranged for a test drive. He has communicated well with us throughout the process and has always answered our questions in a respectful manner. His colleague,Peter who made the financial arrangements, was fair in his valuation for a part- ex and was helpful and supportive.
Everyone we have encountered has been extremely welcoming and buying our new car has been a positive experience.
