Professional, Friendly & Great Fun Throughout
Had a brilliant experience with Simone during a recent test drive. She’s professional, proactive, and brought a great sense of fun to what can sometimes be a dry process. We had some good-natured banter about the car's specs, and she was a real credit to the dealership throughout.
While we moved in a different direction for the final purchase, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simone to anyone looking for a friendly, high-energy, and professional service. Thank you for all your help!

A good experience from the start to finish. David was really knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. We unexpectedly decided to buy the car in the spot, and David facilitated the process of getting the car ready so we could drive it home on the same day.
There are nearer car dealers to me but I wouldn't hesitate to come here again.

Because everything is digital and for some people who aren’t computer literate it is a very stressful experience, at two points I was all for cancelling the car because of Vertu. My key fob stopped working for my Mazda 3. I was put through to a very helpful bloke called Neil in the workshop. He spent time sorting out my mistake with patience and kindness.
