We got our new car yesterday from Vertu in Daybrook. Our sales reps were Keith and Zelda, they were both absolutely fantastic. The car is a Kia Stonic GT Line, 26 plate an upgrade from our 21 plate. The seats are bigger, more leg room, really comfortable. The new dashboard is amazing, easy to use.

Would absolutely recommend getting a car from there, they are thoughtful, helpful and friendly and extremely professional. Thank you so much 😀

I would like to thank Christopher Gray New Car Sales Manager and Keenan ( sales executive) for the professional way they dealt with my situation.
I bought a new Kia EV4 from Vertu Kia, when it arrived from Kia there was a fault. Vertu sorted this issue and while this was being resolved they gave me a loan car for 7 weeks because the part had to come from Korea. When the issue was resolved they offered me compensation for the delay in delivery of my new car.
I highly recommend this dealership for their courteous and professional assistance and the way this was dealt with.

What can I say first class... reserving the car easy... waiting for the sales representive to call from Nottingham Kia to arrange appointment. Fantastic communication.

The appointment date was set... the sales rep... Ella... absolutely lovely woman, down to earth, no pushy sales tactics.. you make up your own mind.. no pressure..

Now I part exchanged my car for a kia because of reliability and well known name...

The drive in the car I wanted to buy Kia Ceed... fabulous, smooth... anyhoo...after deciding to part chop my car for a sleek ceed...

Details Ella read put.. mind blowing... you know you get these news readers on the TV, who stumble on their words... well no "Eh's" in sight... quite amazing.

Anyhoo... after arranging a date for my handover date.

Transaction on my end complete over the weekend.

Today.. handover... took longer than expected due to complications regarding paperwork retaining to car being exchanged... after contacting dvla by phone... 30 mins waiting for a human to answer... ( usually first few minutes I put phone down... as just annoys me, as when you get through you either get transferred to India and you can't understand a word they are saying, let alone you don't know if they are stealing your information or underpants... but at last someone that i didnt hang up up the phone and could understand and was actually human!!

I think they got it sorted.. Hilda or gilda, quite stunning to look at... explained the situation and said everything was fine.

Anyway I love to write stuff thats funny in reviews.. everyone's different..

Anyway handover a success... wow... absolutely brilliant communication and professional... ill give an 11 out 10....

Excellent sales staff leading to total customer satisfaction and the purchase of a new car.
Our salesman was Mr Keenan Key who was polite and took into account our requirements and was totally honest with us and explained the sale in detail to the point we felt at ease and had full confidence in him.
We left very happy and satisfied.

I was looking for a new car and picked out 3 cars that I was interested in at Vertu Kia Nottingham. I had never visited here before. I was very impressed with the salesman who looked after me. Despite being a young man, Lucas had excellent knowledge of the cars I wanted to look at. After taking one for a test drive, I felt very comfortable and safe with him. He wasn't pushy and answered all my questions that I asked him. I bought the car I test drove and when I collected it the next day, the salesman uncovered a vehicle, which turned out to be my new car, with a lovely message thanking me for buying at Kia Nottingham. I had no idea when I entered the building to collect, that this is how they say thank you for buying with us. It was a lovely gesture. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a Kia car or other model they have on sale.
