Just a great professional and friendly experience
On entering the Vertu Grantham site we received a warm greeting from Aaron, the General Sales Manager. There was no pressure and we were asked if we were looking to buy or just browsing. We were looking and had done some research. We were then placed with Max from the sales team. Max is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He was able to guide us through the process answer questions and along with Aaron eventually came up with a good deal.
The whole process from start to finish was professionally dealt with by Max who kept us informed from order to delivery, which was also very quick and professional.
A great team.

First class service
All the staff that i came in contact with were so knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. From a few days driving the demonstrator car to the ordering and collection of my new car, the service was spot on. It was a great experience and I am delighted with my new Honda Jazz Sport hybrid automatic.

We were undecided if it was the the right time to change our car but Max listened to what our requirements were and gave us the options. At no time did we feel any pressure to change the car but Max found the right car at the right price and we are delighted with the replacement car. A Refreshing change
I recently purchased an Audi A3 Cabrio from Vertu Honda at Grantham. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome by the salesman, Jack Goode. Jack was really knowledgeable about the vehicle I was intending to purchase and took me on a really good test drive around all sorts of roads so that I got a good feel for the vehicle. Most car sales venues only take you round the block which isn't giving you a fair assessment of the vehicle, so the test drive with Jack was really helpful. I did inform Jack that I had another vehicle to see not far away, but after visiting the other sales site, I was left unimpressed and didn't even see their vehicle, so I returned to Vertu Honda Grantham where I purchased the vehicle from Jack. The vehicle was presented to me in excellent condition on the delivery day. The way the whole purchase process was dealt with by Jack was extremely professional from start to finish. Jack was also joined by his manager Aaron, and the help from both them made me feel like a valued customer. At no point during the whole process did I feel pressured into making a purchase, which was a refreshing change. The whole team at Vertu Honda Grantham are a credit to the company, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any potential customer.

Outstanding Service
Spent a few days over Christmas looking to buy a new vehicle , came across an advert online from Virtu Grantham , all I can say is what luck , absolutely brilliant experience from start to finnish , sales Advisor Max was on the ball the whole time , keeping us up to date with everything , also nice to get videos of the Juke showing walk round and description of features on car. The delivery driver Richard was very helpful and a pleasure to meet , especially showing me how things worked on the car, after which I actually gave him a lift to nearest train station , a pleasure . So , anyone thinking of dealing with Virtu I can very highly recommend.

A big thanks...
A big thanks to Max Baldwin for his brilliant and personable customer service when buying our car recently. He was so attentive and helpful at giving us all the background of the car, and seemed genuinely interested to make sure we made the right choice in what we bought and getting it delivered to us so promptly. He was also clearly knowledgeable on his Honda cars! Another big thanks to Richard for delivering it safely to us and also to Will for making a great brew! I had a great experience with Vertu…
I had a great experience with Vertu Motors. After receiving my new car, there were a couple of small issues, and the team handled the after-sales support very well. The sales representative was professional, responsive, and efficient throughout the process.
The driver who came to collect the car for the service was also extremely helpful and polite, making the whole arrangement smooth and stress-free.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service — thank you for the excellent support!
