I'm over in Noth Wales .So was looking for a car here.Not had much luck until I looked on Vertu.The nearest place for me was Vertu Motors Bolton. Phone then up Spoke to Stephen Calland Sales Executive who was very helpful.Liked a Ford Fiesta ecoboost so had it Reserved by Stephen till I got over to Bolton.When I arrived he was extremely helpful showing me all around the car.Which was in excellent condition. Just like to Thank Stephen and all the staff for all the help and guidance we recieved. The car arrived at my house a few days later delivered by Andy who was also helpful showing me around it again. Once again like to thank all at Vertu Bolton for there excellent service.

Aneeqa is a credit to ford. She made our experience of picking and collecting our new kuga very pleasant. Kept us upto date on delays and very professional. She's a very pleasant lady and will definitely purchase from her again.

When my fleet company sent me to kwik fit to check the brakes on my car & were unable to help, I called in at Ford on the off chance.
Dominic was really helpful, explaining about the different drive modes on electric cars, how they affect the braking and took the car out for a drive, reassuring me all OK and giving me some really helpful info.
He also helped to set up the app which until now, I didn't realized existed and filled the washer fluid which was on my to do list. Great customer service, always a friendly and helpful welcome whenever I've been, thank you!

The selection of cars was excellent, each in great condition and at very competitive pricing. The sales assistant was far from pushy and was there to provide information and assistance throughout. She was very personable and made the buying process very much better than I had feared it would be. All in all a very positive experience throughout

My car was booked in for a 2nd year service. Over the 2 years I paid monthly towards the service and was hoping that there was no extra fees.

My issue was that I was offered and oil flush, Aircon filter as additional and yes I took that up because I wanted the car to be in good condition. That amounted to approximately £44.

When the car was check I was then contacted to state there was an advisory on the brake fluid to be changed every 2 years. I went ahead again for safety reasons. That was apparently another £55 reduced after I raised my complaint.

These additional fees could be worked into the monthly plan to reduce any further expenses. I would like to hear back about this.
I had a conversation with the dealership GM who did take time to hear my concerns I much appreciate that too.

One positive. I had updates and conversations with Amber M service advisor at Vertu Bolton.
I was very impressed and happy with her telephone manner and face to face communication. Amber I believe has only just started, she was amazing and I hope you continue doing well 5* from you.
Can’t fault the dealership, but the additional packages : add ons needs to be addressed to reduce any unnecessary costs.

From the first visit to Bolton Vertu the staff were polite, helpful and knowledgeable.
The Sales Executive Harvey was a pleasure to deal with from initial viewing and test drive, through to completion of purchasing an i-Pace.
All the staff I spoke to were easy to speak to and there was never any pushy sales, it was all very relaxed and efficient.

Everything was easy and to the point! Dave was spot on and explained everything i needed to know.

Extremely disappointed with the way this company handled damage caused to my car. For over a week we were repeatedly told they were not responsible, despite the evidence and concerns raised. Tristan Peters in particular denied any responsibility during this time and was also very rude and dismissive throughout the situation, before the company later admitted fault.

The damage itself was frustrating enough, but the dishonesty, attitude, and lack of accountability made the situation far worse. Customers deserve honesty and respectful communication from the beginning, not delays, excuses, and poor treatment.

I would strongly recommend people take photos of their vehicle before using this company and think carefully before trusting them with their property.

The service from start to finish was excellent. I bought a truck on line and was given regular updates from Dave. Would highly recommend.

Avoid This Untrustworthy Business (ford bolton) – Broken Promises & Faulty Cars yes car was fixed after 2 weeks Do not trust a word this company says. Manager go back on their word and ignore written agreements.I was sold a faulty vehicle. While accidents can happen, their handling of the situation has been completely unfair. To prevent me from rejecting the vehicle and handing it back, the manager explicitly promised in writing via email that they would extend my warranty.However, as soon as they got the car back to me, their story completely changed:They claimed someone had already discussed the warranty with me before the car was returned. This never happened.When I politely emailed to ask for the specific duration of the new extended warranty, they went back on their promise and claimed I was "already covered for 6 months."The manager now claims he "didn't know" about the situation until the night before, yet he made no effort to contact me or honor the agreement.They used a false promise of an extended warranty as a tactic to stop me from returning a faulty car, and then immediately went back on their word once the car was delivered.This is an unprofessional, untrustworthy dealership. I am completely done with them. I have now escalated this breach of contract directly to my finance company to handle. I will be selling this car privately as soon as possible just to cut ties with them. Never using this business again—avoid at all costs.

However I will note am happy banbury peguot was able to fix my car and help me when my car first broke down they where very kind.
And I was grateful bolton replaced my childs car seat I will note that but broken promises is not fair and deception

If you make promises keep them or let people no in advance was a mistake

All I won't is a formal apologies for all this mess but customer service hard to get hold of and just there to protect business

Very stressful time and I won't buy a car again from hear unfortunately the shocking part was I was recommended vertu motors and I am so unhappy with my exsprincess but just for sales sadly

Matt, Simon and Jack at Bolton were a great team, found us a great deal and really looked after us. Highly recommend!
