I have been going around dealerships for the past 3 weeks, finally went to vertu BMW York yesterday and picked up a 420i , the sales team is amazing, very helpful.
Especially benjamin who was extremely helpful, nice and kind.
They have a course for test drives which is very good, basically allows you to test car on different routes.
Best car shopping experience so far, would definitely go back again when iam due for an upgrade.

Great service from Jack kept me informed at every stage and was flexible when I wanted changes with the car deal/delivery. Test drive was definitely worth getting a feel for the car and it's merits over my old one. Honest and understanding of what I wanted from a vehicle and how I wanted to fund the purchase. Staff were incredibly, this was the first time I’ve bought a BMW and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They gave me so much information, were there to answer any questions I had and updates if the car along the journey, they made me feel so special when getting my new car and leave me now the happiest girl in the world, will definitely use again.
