AVOID this company at all costs. I ordered a pair of jeans that allegedly were £100 but reduced to £40. Looked good in picture so I ordered them. When they came they looked different from picture but tried them on anyway. Tried to button them but no buttonhole! Tried to get a refund and they told me it was standard practice to arrive like this and I needed to cut out my own buttonhole. Pathetic customer service who make it impossible to return as based in US and would cost more to return than the jeans cost. Also no labels or tags on the jeans. An absolute disgrace of a company. They are only willing to refund 20% as that’s their limit. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.Jeans are now in the bin as I wouldn’t be seen dead on them. Looked like a 5 year old made them

I ordered a coat on the 24th of august. I received dispatch and tracking notice the same day, I thought the store was in Austria as advertised on their website. I later found the coat is supposed to be on its way fron china! I contacted them on the 3rd of September, almost two weeks later as the tracking still said awaiting dispatch. After the first email o got a different tracking number, both still say awaiting dispatch. Every email I sent was replied with we thank you for your patience and understanding until I asked for a refund as I was getting nowhere. I was then ignored. I still have no coat, I still have no dispatch notice, it still hasn't left the warehouse and after a weekend of emails back and forth I am still no further forward. Very disappointed

Ordered an iphone case. Delivery took 2 weeks (from China) which was a little disappointing as not advised when placing order. Delivered the wrong product which they subsequently acknowledged ‘because the product ordered was out of stock’. Refused to provide a returns address/process and kept insisting that I accept a 20% refund whilst keeping the product (which was of no use to me). After multiple emails they finally offered 50% store credit whilst continuing to refuse to provide returns address 🤷‍♂️. Donated the product to charity and written off the cost. Please be aware they must be desperate for revenue and will not provide refunds.

Didn’t expect much from another online clothing store but this one surprised me. The pieces looked smart felt comfortable and gave a high end look without the high price.

The striped shirt and sandals both had a simple elevated look. I just wish there were more colour options in my size but the order was still worth it.

Bought a polo shirt and loafers before a short trip and both turned out great. The fit was clean the quality felt good and the multi item discount was a nice extra.

I only meant to browse but the summer styles caught my eye. The lace midi dress fit beautifully felt comfortable and looked far more expensive than it was.
