Removal of a wasps
I called to request removal of a wasps nest, Kieran came the next day and sorted the wasps and said that if they returned, or were still there after 48 hours he would come back and treat them again for free. Great service, very friendly and informative too, I would highly recommend to anyone with a pest problem.

Excellent Service - Wasps Nests Sorted
I contacted VermiCure as we had a suspected wasps nest in our wall cavity. Kieran was quick to respond and spotted a second nest when he arrived. He dealt with the problem quickly and effectively and was extremely informative about the problem and solution. Would highly recommend and will 100% be contacting VermiCure if we encounter any similar situations in the future.

This guy should wear a cape. Wasp nest treatment in window frame. Rang in the morning, came same day at lunch time. Treated the nest and advised to give 24-48hrs and call back for a free follow up treatment if the wasps are still around. Honestly after about 3hrs I've not seen 1 wasp. Affordable, quick resolution. Top man

I had an urgent wasp problem and called this pest control company, and I couldn't be happier with their service! They arrived within just two hours of my call, which was a huge relief. The team was professional, friendly, and very efficient.
Kieran quickly identified and safely removed two wasp nests from my property, giving me peace of mind. Their prompt response and effective treatment truly exceeded my expectations.

Completed work at my property in…
Completed work at my property in regards to a rat issue. We followed all the advice given re drainage work that needed to repaired to solve the issue. We also had a trapping implemented of which we thought had solved the issue. Unfortunately the rats returned three weeks later with an even worse infestation! I contacted Vermicure to return but was blocked from messaging, from the social media business page and emails/texts ignored (how unprofessional) I know you offer a free return visit if treatment fails but in this situation I would have been more than happy to pay. Very disappointed to say the least. I even recommended your services to neighbours, how wrong I was. Environmental health have been contacted re the neighbour who has failed to complete any work and the drain connecting was classed as non urgent at the time according to the contractors you recommended. You never mentioned house keeping either! I haven’t emailed you about the drains either, All I wanted was a return visit.

At VermiCure, we take pest control and customer communication seriously. We want to make clear that we do not ignore or block clients—this is not our policy, and if you had difficulty getting through to us, it was certainly not intentional. We remain open to revisiting cases, particularly where issues persist, provided our original advice and recommendations have been fully followed to which it hasn’t.
In your situation, it’s important to note that the drainage works we advised were only partially completed. Unfortunately, the section of pipework adjoining the neighbouring property which we identified as critical—was not repaired. there are three properties on your row only two got the issues sorted & you only got part of it done.
Rodent ingress is commonly linked to broken or defective drains, and where only part of the problem is resolved, recurrence is likely. One neighbour did complete the recommended work, but the adjoining property did not, which continues to contribute to the issue.
We also advised that general housekeeping and hygiene improvements were needed to help remove harbourage opportunities for rats. Regrettably, these recommendations had not been fully implemented during our three visits.
Please note that we do not offer free visits and have never operated under such a policy. All visits are chargeable unless otherwise agreed in writing as part of a specific arrangement or ongoing contract.
Additionally, we suggested escalating the matter to the local Environmental Health Officer and the estate agents managing the neighbouring property—particularly since one is unoccupied or undergoing sale—as they may hold some responsibility for rectifying external defects that continue to impact your home.
It’s worth mentioning that our initial intervention did resolve the issue for several weeks, which indicates our recommendations were on the right track. The recurrence of rodent activity appears to be due to the outstanding drainage defects or the decking to the rear we adviced this needed to be taken up which never got done.—something that remains beyond our control.
We also responded to your email regarding completing the remaining drain repairs, so we were surprised and disappointed to see a revised negative review posted instead of a continued discussion.
To clarify:
A drain defect such as yours can be classed as a structural fault which it has started too,
& we consider it an urgent matter to resolve. These types of faults may involve:
•Collapsed, cracked, or misaligned pipework that is part of the property’s drainage system
•Potential for subsidence, water ingress, or foundation issues
•Defects due to poor installation, design flaws, or material failure
In relation to housekeeping, this was mentioned during previous visits by our tech. The advice was offered in good faith to support the ongoing resolution of the issue & improve the overall effectiveness of the treatment.
Regarding the drainage, we acknowledge that you haven’t contacted us about this directly via email. However, our assessment was based on information shared during our visit, along with the drainage footage reviewed by our team at the time.
Finally, we’ve noted that your review has been edited multiple times—from an original 5-star rating to a 2-star one. While we appreciate feedback, we feel that ongoing revisions and public criticism—despite our continued willingness to assist—leave us unable to continue working together constructively.
As such, while we won’t be taking on any further work at your property, we would genuinely appreciate it if you would consider removing your review, as we feel it does not reflect the full context of the situation.

Professional and highly recommended
After wasting our time with another pest control company we decided to call VermiCure to help us deal with a rodent issue. This decision was based on the numerous positive reviews we found online. This was definitely the best decision we made as Kieran was immediately in contact and he quickly identified the problem with a clear plan as to how to resolve our issue. I cannot recommend Kieran highly enough. He was extremely passionate about getting our issue resolved and was proactive and professional throughout. Our issue has now been resolved completely.
