When you send a response they get back with you the same day and not a company who takes days to get back with you
Jeremy helped

Thank you for very

Eric was fast with his response and although I haven’t received my credit back to my account yet, he assured I would.

The escalation team was very helpful. They helped me resolve all of my issues.

I don’t/didn’t remember applying or making a purchase with this company. I think it’s a scam

Emily, the customer service rep was able to explain to me the exact procedure which wasn't properly explained during sighing up. She reached out very quickly and de-escalated my issues very promptly. My issues were resolved and in a timely manner.

Llegue a esta suscripción por error, pero lo más grave que me pareció fue que después intentaron cobrarme algo no se de que por un valor de 80 mil pesos, gracias a Dios no tenía dinero en esta tarjeta y no se pudo hacer la transferencia.

Imani me ayudó

I was upset because my card was charged $49 and i wasn’t aware of what any of this is … i messaged them to get this resolved and Eugene did a good job helping me

Edith promptly answered my email and assured me that me money would be returned.

I appreciate the help in resolving my issue in a timely fashion.

Stole cc information

How fast the response is;
I do appreciate the feedback, it’s scary to see a change come across and I have no clue of what it is or what company it came from.
So I thank you for responding so fast

Jerry was very helpful and answered all my questions and found a solution for me.

I was charged for a gift card from a third-party website. I was buying a product, it has been a nightmare, and they still haven't deleted my information. I did not authorize anything with them.
