I had to reach out to Venty support because of an issue I caused. I bent over my fan and my hair got pulled into the fan blade. I tried to pull the hair out without breaking in, but it happened anyway. Venty support was so great in given me suggestions on how to remove the hair, but the fan was just not working properly. Venty sent me a new fan to replace mine without any question!! I am so very grateful. I LOVE my Venty fan!

I bought a fan maybe 2 months ago that sadly broke. I reached out to Venty, and after just a few emails, they decided to send me a brand new Venty fan for free. This is what I call good support!

Great Products and Excelent Customer Service
I purchased 4 venti fans 2 clip fans and 2 extension fans. They work great, both styles batteries run times are as advertised. Unfortunately one of the fans quit working and Venty had a replacement fan at my door in two days. Nina the service rep I dealt with was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Venty Fans.

I really like the fan - so much so that I own 3 of them- one for upstairs, one for downstairs and one for my vacation home! I ordered 3 more for Christmas gifts - had a broken piece on one in shipment and was able to get the problem fixed easily
Faulty Fan replaced
I bought a fan and after 2 weeks it stopped charging and support were very helpful and replaced the fan within a week
