If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 28th November. Nothing received. Phoned and emailed 3 x - no one answers, no response
Is this a con merchant?
My next course of action is a credit card charge back which will cost them even more money. How to ruin your business in one easy lesson!!

Vapes never came and I have been completely ignored despite asking for a refund so I’m £20 down and no vapes disgusting

so far, 10 days, no correspondence, no delivery nothing. I have sent email asking for update but, nothing......
took a phonecall, which surprised me when it was answered, to get my order sent. has now been received but I still feel that the experience warrants a 1* review, I won't be buying from this site again.

I put an order in two weeks ago, no updates from company to say when delivery will be but money was taken straight away. Tried to ring, no answer and message can’t be left as mail box full. Emails can’t be delivered. Not happy with company

Phoned repeatedly not answering…answer machine is full so can’t leave a message..emails bouncing back saying email address not recognised…don’t use this company absolute scammers quick enough to take yer money …

After ordering liquid over a week ago and receiving no tracking I have e-mailed (e-mail address won’t receive my messages) I have also called repeatedly and only getting through to the answering machine. Definitely seems like I have been scammed.

Do not ever order from these I ordered and paid yet nothing has been sent out I’ve tried contacting them and everything and no one is getting back to me not happy pure scammers taking people money

Good price, delivered to home address due to being local and postal strikes!! Easy to communicate with!! Highly recommended will order again!!

I placed an order early December and due to the Royal Mail strike I didn't receive my package however, the team at venom vape sent out another order with 2 free boxes of oil by parcel force and I received it the next day. Can't fault the service as they went over and above to accommodate me. Highly recommended this company and their oil is always top class

A genuinely nice,helpful guy who couldn't do enough to help me out. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the vape juice in time for Christmas as royal mail lost my original order. I can't thank him enough

I placed an order mid November still haven't received it after several wasted phone calls and emails I have accepted that I have been scammed. PLEASE PLEASE stay away this company.

Bought some vape fluid online and haven’t received the order. Tried calling but nobody answers. Tried emailing and nobody replied. Don’t buy from these guys.

Was my go to vape oil supplier. 100% efficient. Order and pay on line three days later order delivered. Until 5 weeks ago!!
Still waiting for my order. Promised 3 special deliveries nothing received. Requested a refund. Not received. No further contact from company.

I oredered £50 worth of vape juice on 22/08/2022 and im still waiting for it to be delivered! Given so many excuses and told it had been delivered and then promised a 24hr special delivery! Im still waiting! Theres a tune in there somewhere haha!

I have been ordering from this company for a while. However I placed an order on 1/8/2022, the payment was taken from my account but I still haven’t received my order. I have tried phoning, email, messages and their Facebook page. Now to figure out how to get a refund!!!😡
