We wanted to get some phenibut and other research material for months to try researching these different but similar molecules and had some trouble sourcing some, as it's hard to obtain these things without an official business, but we finally did so here's my review on Venogen. We feel Venogen has been a great company to work with; we bought both Phenibut HCL and F-Phenibut FAA and now for our second order, Phenibut FAA. They resent a package for free as if it was the same order with both materials due to one of the items missing. It arrived and it had the extra F-Phenibut package (the one that arrived in the first place) that we didn't need. We offered to send it back, but they said to just keep it, and gave us the store credit of the value of the F-Phenibut (minus the shipping cost), which was completely unexpected. We are going to give them 5/5 stars just for that. Shipping time is about 2 weeks from when you first place an order if you are based in the United States, and customs may keep it for a day or two in my experience. In our research of these substances, it seems these are as described and accurate according to GC/MS testing, which turned out to be difficult due to the thermal degradation of said compound at normal GC temperatures. We identified it via derivatisation and identification of its TMS derivative, due to not being volatile enough.

We would 100% recommend them just for the fact that they did that store credit, and are always responding within a day or two via email, aside from out-of-office weekends, not to mention the accuracy of their data. 5/5 stars.

Delivery is fast and the quality of the products are excellent. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I have ordered from this company about 2 or 3 times now. What they arw exceptional with is their inventory availability and their customer service. Every time I've placed an order, Elle and her team send a follow up email that was centered around my order, it's not just some bot auto reply. I would easily rate Venogen at 5 stars IF shipping was quicker. It is a lengthy waiting process, however the company prefaces this on their site, and then also when you're about to check out. If memory serves, it says 10-14 days. The long wait is certainly unfortunate, but I'm glad they inform their customers about it so that it's no surprise. I also saw they are working on more distribution site which would dramatically shorten shipping.

I recently made my first purchase with Venogen and I can honestly say they have the BEST customer service of any company I have used online. USPS (not Venogen) caused some shipping issues(very delayed due to staffing and possible weather conditions), and the people of Venogen took it upon themselves to monitor and update me on thr location of my package (USPS didn't help me whatsoever). Venogen also has a delivery guarantee and stated they would resend if there was no movement within two days of where my package was. That was not necessary, as I received the delivery the next day.
The product is amazing and I love their packaging!
I will definitely be using them for all further product purchases!

The products seem pure and clean. I’ve ordered from other sources and Venogen is the clear winner for me personally. Shipping was pretty quick to Texas (about two weeks from order to delivery, as it comes from Singapore).
