This was my first order. Naturally you feel skeptical so I contacted them and was immediately put at ease. I ordered from the states and they walked me through each aspect of how the product was going to be shipped right until the product reached my residence. They also detailed their state of the art testing. Any question I had was received and answered in a timely fashion. I was never worried about the product being lost or delayed. For the low price I payed for shipping, you can't get a better bargain from anywhere. I was told that shipping would take 9-14 days after processing which would take 2 days tops. Altogether the whole from ordering to receiving was about 10 days. I was also assured that if my order was lost then they would reship at no cost to me. The product was also top notch. I am always on the fence about trying new companies. Especially out of country. Venogen has been the easiest and most affordable bar none.

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service, Elle does an amazing job in offering assistance in answering questions and providing support. The shipping time to the EU unfortunately is long at the moment (May 2025), for me it was about 10 work days.
The product is of high quality and comparably low to moderate price.
Customer support and product quality outweighs shipping time for me, therefore I can only conclude to recommend Venogen, I will likely order again.

The products they sell are excellent quality and are invaluable to my research. Their customer service has always been fantastic and quick to respond to/resolve any issues that come up (ie.- shipping errors, damaged products.) My only complaint is the length of time orders take to come in but that is more of a political issue at this time and is out of Venogen’s hands.
