It's a scam, don't think about it!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. You cannot return an item unless faulty yet they state 14day return. size colour material description are not deemed a reason for return. They are called Velzara london but they are based in china -if it was faulty over 6weeks return in funds - do not purchase from this company if they have bad customer practice imagine what they have for their employees

Do not buy from this company they say based in London any returns have to be sent to China at the cost of the customer !!!

I saw a dress which looked nice and cheap. I ordered and within seconds they had billed me for two exactly the same. I messaged immediately to cancel they replied dresses already in transit. They arrived yesterday nearly 3 weeks later. Totally unwearable, my washing up cloths are of a better material. Now they’re not replying. I will take this further

If I could give it a zero I would. Complete scam artists. Came from China after about 2-3 weeks. Complete rubbish. Offered 15% return and then 20% return on price, which never materialised. I suspect these crooks run a number of websites doing the same thing with the same items. DO NOT USE

Cannot return unless you pay £25 to send back to China.....then you may not get your money back.
I need full refund as second item added by mistake and contacted them within the required 15 mins you cancel the order.....they did not.

I made 2 separate orders neither arrived.

DO NOT buy from this site. It is a scam. Clothes are terrible quality - made in China so take weeks to arrive and for refund need to be returned to china - when you request a refund the company tells you to sell it instead as it will cost you £30 to return (it’s unsellable as awful quality and not reflective of the pictures). DO NOT TRUST. This sit should be shut down - it’s a huge scam.

Looks very like Thompson-Oxford and the photos of jumpers are the same. I places an order for several jumpers and never received anything. Happily my credit card company refunded me as they recognised it as a scam.

Once you have purchased something they throw loads of offers at you, eg purchase this item again at a discounted price. You have to decline the offer to get out of the process. I declines every offer and they still took the cost of 2 dresses from my account. I tried to cancel the order a couple of hours later when I saw what they had done. I got an email back 2 days later to say they can't cancel the order. I have sent several emails to them and they WILL NOT help. I an now going to trading standards.

Scam company, do not buy from them. Check out other companies with similar names, they are all Chinese companies fraudulently claiming they are closing down. Harclay is the sane, all scamners selling cheap crap for inflated prices. ALL RETURNS ARE TO CHINA, you will not get a refund, they refuse to accept the parcels. Get a refund from your bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do NOT buy from this company whatever you do. It's a scam company and if you aren't happy with your shoddy Chinese purchase you are asked to return to China within 14 days. This would often cost more than the item. They are not a UK company but a dodgy Chinese one!!!
