Terrible quality , terrible sizing , products look nothing like they do on the website, I raised a complaint with PayPal but they refusing to refund me , DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE it’s a scam

Awful company , dresses poor quality and cheap material , refund policy doesn’t apppy as you have to pay yourself to return the item to china and it’s approx £30 which is ridiculous- they are basically conning people to buy with not actual refund available when you try to request it - do not buy anything from them

After going through a stressful experience with SP Velzara-London I was fortunate to have paid with my credit card, so was able to raise a dispute with them. The company refunded me my money.

Ordered two dresses to say SHEIN is like M&S quality compared to this rubbish dress arrived faulty told I would have to post back to china costing me £30 said if your not happy with that you can always sell on a resale page or gift to charity shop refused to give me refund on what is the worst dresses I’ve ever purchased STAY AWAY FROM IT !!

I would not give it any stars if you could. Omg cheap clothing ! Chinese made no brand labels, poor quality. If i would have read reviews before ordering i would never have ordered. Avoid at all costs. Website gives you the impression London based, quality looks great on the images. Not what arrives after waiting nearly 4 weeks. The clothes are completely see through that you can not wear. Utter waste of money. Tried to cancel before shipping and couldn’t and according to their website unless faulty you can’t return. Plus shipping to china i expect would be expensive. I am fuming - oh and they also now have a website called Couture Moda. Avoid!

I wish I had looked at the reviews. This is a scam. When I asked to return, I was told it would have to go back to China, at my cost.

This is not a discounted quality dress, it is the most ghastly material and nothing like as advertised.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered from this company. Isn’t in London like the name suggests. The dress took weeks to arrive and the material was a really poor quality.
I asked to return and was told I would have to send back to China which would take weeks and cost me about £30. I suggest avoid at all costs.

Very disappointed. Material is sub standard. Looks very luxurious on advert photo.
Dresses were £31 each and I assumed the product would be good. Sizing was bad and I had to give mine away as didn't fit.
Cannot get refund just offered 10% back. Wont be ordering again.

Absolute con and only wish i had researched this company before being drawn in by a beautiful photograph of a wrap dress and the ‘ London’ reference in the title. Company has nothing to do with London whatsoever. It’s cheap hideous midsized rubbish shipped from China, takes ages to arrive and no returns. DO NOT BUY!!!

Do NOT be fooled by this company having LONDON in its name like I did - this company is based in China, it's clothing is based on the Chinese market. You pay the money and then when you have an issue they ask you to sell or donate the garment locally so that you can "recoup" your money, like anyone is going to buy this knowing how poor the garments are! The "wrap" in the wrap dress i ordered was none existent. You would basically be exposed if you wore this. Customer service emails just go round and round in circles until you give in and except a 10% refund to avoid the extortionate returns shipping costs which are are YOUR cost. - AVOID BUYING FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS!

I strongly warn everyone against ordering from Velzara this company. I found they advertised on Instagram be aware.
They are misleading customers with false advertising, poor-quality products, and an unfair refund policy.
They will trick you and till you know you already purchased 2 Same items and not refund I have ask them imiditaly that been mistake on the baskets for same item 2 times. I have to call them and ask them where is the delivery as was delayed.
I received items that were nothing like the pictures, the sizing was completely wrong, and the quality was cheap and disappointing. When I tried to request a refund, they ignored my emails and then demanded that I pay £30-£50 in return shipping to China, even though they claim to be a UK-based company!

After investigating, I found that this company is not even registered in the UK. Many other customers have also complained about scam-like practices, missing orders, and difficulties getting refunds.

DO NOT waste your money here! If you need a refund, you will be forced to pay high return costs, wait weeks for a response, and still risk not getting your money back. I am reporting them to Trading Standards UK, Action Fraud UK, and my bank.

Save yourself the stress—avoid this company at all costs

One star is generous… appalling quality, style and colour differs hugely from picture! A really hideously made, cheap item. Avoid at all costs… not worth returning given the refund policy. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

Bought a dress which arrived weeks later than advised. Quality is awful. Despite me measuring it’s too big. To return to China with proof of postage it’s almost the same cost as the dress and they advised the return would take more than 4 weeks and I may not get a full refund anyway????? Instead they offered me to keep the dress (pointless coz it’s so bad) and they would refund me 10%.

Poor quality clothes advertised as high end fashion. Dress arrived broken in 2 places and I have to pay to send it back to get a replacement.( £30 minimum)
Still not resolved, claiming on my credit card company.

I am furious with myself for not reading these reviews before ordering from this company! I ordered a dress and after waiting 3 weeks (not the 3 days stated), an extremely poor quality dress arrived, the quality and colour not even a shadow of the pictured dress.
They have offered a refund at my expense of return postage, but after reading these other reviews as frustrating as it is, I want nothing more to do with them!
I agree with a previous reviewer, if I could rate this 0 stars I would have!!

Unfortunately, I also fell for this. I ordered the clothing because it appeared to be of high quality, but when it arrived, I was shocked by the poor quality. Returning the items would have been a nightmare, so I decided to donate all six pieces to charity.

Scam. Do not order. nothing adds up about this shop. They advertise as closing down sale, however clothes are shipped from china. Still not received my goods. I don’t understand why companies like this are allowed to operate. Avoid
