Really quick delivery of a hand grinder, I think three days from order to receipt.

Item did arrive with (very) minor cosmetic damage, easy enough on an all-white ceramic product, but in fine working order.

Velo is an excellent company. They go beyond for their customers. You are always treated well and their range of coffees are brilliant. You don't just get excellent coffee however, you always find a little present , jelly's and a note sticker. I once received a free travel mug !
I highly recommend them.

There's nothing but good to say.

1. The coffee is excellent. I like the core range, particularly the 700g bags of morning fixie. I then like to throw in a mystery bag to get the free postage.
2. I remember them being sound out when I bought the coffee machine from them. I had about 4 different vouchers and they happily sorted me out
3. Delivery is fast. They usually throw in a cheeky fun size bag of jellies too. Don't stop doing that!

Great coffee always consistent. Delivery time has improved recently considering its coming from Cork to Meath. Their brew guides are very useful for someone just starting out.
