Bought a new coffee machine on Velo as the price was the most competitive even with all the sales on in other stores. The machine came within 2 days, had free coffee beans which are amazing, free swag and a handwritten note. Really nice touch will definitely be ordering my coffee from here from now on.

It is a great product it tastes great it is strong but smooth & not bitter it is also quite filling. Delivery was very prompt too the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it is quite pricey.

I ordered a hand grinder yesterday, took me all of two minutes to place my order and it was at my house this morning. It was really well packaged and they threw in jellies, a pen and a nice note. Seems like they really care about their customers. Great service

Nice choice for coffees, prompt service. The only negative is that I feel the coffees are expensive, however perhaps no more expensive than competitors
