Absolutely brilliant service from Andy at Veloclean, who came highly recommended, and I can see exactly why.

I took my bike in with an intermittent issue on my Shimano 105 Di2 that I’d been struggling to get to the bottom of. Andy kept me fully up to date from the moment he received the bike, clearly explaining what checks he was carrying out and what he was finding along the way.
He ran a full Di2 error check, updated everything to the latest firmware, diagnosed that the right-hand shifter wasn’t reading properly, replaced both shifter batteries, and re-linked the system. After another update and error check, everything was back working perfectly, and importantly, he saved me from having to replace a shifter unnecessarily.

On top of that, he carried out a full service including fitting a new rear cassette and chain, plus a proper deep clean, the bike genuinely looks like new again. He also fitted new bar tape with gel pads which feel absolutely spot on.

Turnaround was incredibly quick (just a couple of days), and the communication throughout was excellent, efficient, clear, and reassuring.

Picked the bike up yesterday and I’m very impressed. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. I’ll definitely be using him again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Andy has looked after and serviced several bikes for me over the years and I have never been disappointed with the results. Now he has helped me source and then built my 'Once in a lifetime' dream bike and I am delighted with the result. Everything I could wish for, and more! For a high end performance machine the costings were exceptional value and his charges for the construction and extra finishes were also an absolute bargain. I wouldn't trust anyone more than Andy to help me keep it in tiptop condition.

I’ve known Andy for years and he is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. A lot of care and attention goes into his work, and no job is ever too big or too small. Andy has helped with upgrades on both my road and gravel bikes, and he’s always the first person I speak to if I’m thinking about making changes or replacing any parts. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I have used Veloclean a few times in the last 6 months. From a winter clean to building a new bike. Andy is a pleasure to deal with and manages a prompt turnaround on bikes. He has ceramic coated all my bikes and I also have him wax my chains.

Andy at Veloclean swapped all my components from one frame to another,not an easy task as my 'new frame' wasn't set up to take my Di2...but no problem Andy worked out an amazing solution...so the big test was the Paris-Roubaix challenge!! My bike had no trouble at all, nothing failed or came loose after 19 sections of the most gruesome pave`...so a big thankyou Andy👍👍

Andy gave my trek emonda racing bike the gold standard service following its first 2 years riding on rough British roads.
He did everything down to a tee, bearings re sealed, fresh sprockets, chain, Polish, tyres and brakes. All impeccable. The bike rides like clockwork and such a service is probably the best value way of getting the performance of a new bike.
The work was done in good time despite a large workload. He was quick to offer best advice regarding components to suit my riding style and budget. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Asked Andy to build my sons track bike up. Not only did he run through everything he had done, outlining where hed resolved issues, but he had the bike in sparkling condtion upon collection. Excellent service..

Andy was very quick to respond and get me booked in after the bike took a battering in the recent storms. Rapid turnaround and the bike looks and runs like new! This is the second tome Andy has cleaned on or my bikes and it is perfect once again!
