Tragisk!
Har et problem med et produkt so ikke fungerer som det skal.
Blir tilbudt enten 10% tilbakebetaling, eller at jeg må betale returfrakt - for et produkt som ikke fungerer etter forventningene.
Jeg som kunde må på ny og på ny si hva som er galt. JEG må føre bevis på at dette ikke fungerer.

OG - det virker som om det er AI eller en robot som svarer - DERSOM de svarer. _Umulig å få en dialog, da den ene ikke vet hva den andre gjør.

Har forsøkt nå siden 10. februar, uten å få et skikkelig kontruktivt svar.

Ordered a vacuum cleaner and paid for priority shipping, no updates, no tracking information, no response to multiple emails and it was not revealed that the company is based Hong Kong. Complete scam

I was wanting to return product but they wont respond. I have sent 10 emails to "support" over the last 3 weeks and not one response.

I bought a Valoclean V18, which came without a battery (not very useful!). They gave me a tracking number LZ298851172CN, but nothing happened. It's basically a scam. They don't pay for the shipping costs etc..
My advice: don't buy!

This is not a fraud. I receive my vacuum cleaner and no faulty parts suction not brilliant but adequate enough to pick up dirt and dog hair

This is a Fraud stay away, company based in china with no returns for faulty products. They send faulty goods to customers and when they want to retund they are offered 10% discount to keep faulty products and loose 90% of there money paid.
Below is their reply i get after reporting faulty product.
