I honestly can’t recommend the Vein Centre in Colchester highly enough. They were brilliant from start to finish.

From the receptionist and nurses to the doctor, everyone was so kind, friendly and professional. I had done quite a bit of research beforehand and found their prices very competitive.

The consultation was really informative, and everything was explained clearly, including the procedure, what to expect and possible side effects. I only had to wait about a week between my consultation and treatment, which was fantastic.

The aftercare has been excellent too. If I ever had any concerns, I could ring the main number and speak to a medical nurse or have one call me straight back. They were always happy to answer my questions and reassure me. I also received a follow-up call the next day to see how I was doing.

For me, this was money very well spent. The treatment has given me my confidence back, and I no longer feel self-conscious about my legs. I can finally look forward to wearing my short dresses again in the summer without worrying about my legs!

I’m so pleased with the results and genuinely feel this was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Their “Walk out happy” slogan really sums up my experience.

I had EVLA Treatment and Foam Sclerotherapy carried out on my left leg to remove a large bulging varicose vein running down from my knee to my foot, and I am delighted with the results, after 4 Months the vein has almost disappeared. The Team at Lincoln Centre, Dr Neil Prasad, Mike(Nurse) Sally(reception) were wonderful and I cannot fault them, and the whole experience from start to finish was exceptional and would highly recommend this procedure to anyone wishing to see those horrid veins gone. You must follow all instructions to the 'T' and expect a little discomfort, but it is all very much worth it in the end. I will certainly be returning if I have any further issues. One very 'HAPPY' Client!

Lovely staff, I was greeted by receptionist offered tea and made to feel very welcome. The nurse then introduced herself and took me through to meet the surgeon and have my scan. All very friendly and efficient.

I went into this with poor anatomy knowledge. I have some painless varicose veins which only upset my wife, and have caused no problems for 20 years. I mistakenly thought that treating these would help the cramp I sometimes get in my calves whilst walking. It won't so I will explore other avenues and at present do not intend to go any further.

At the first consultation the surgeon explained the whole process very clearly and what the procedure involved. He did a thorough Ultrasound scan which showed the problem veins on a screen. The two treatments on both legs were relatively painless, just a bit of discomfort during the healing process but did not need to take painkillers. Would highly recommend the vein centre if you don’t want to wait months for the NHS! A quick and thorough process carried out by excellent professionals!

The staff were very helpful and kind. I was informed of everything involved in the procedure. I was also kept informed during the whole time.
They gave me a courtesy call the following morning also.

Exceptional , professional service

I had a varicose vein in my right leg treated 2/7/26 & my follow up appointment 20/8/26.
The follow up was exactly like my earlier dealings with the Vein Centre, Exeter - friendly, professional and very clear about dos & don't. My leg looks and feels great. I have a couple of small lumps from the old vein being absorbed by my body but I was advised that that might happen - they're reducing in size and will be gone in a couple of months. I'd highly recommend the Vein Centre to anyone with problem varicose veins.

I was very nervous about people seeing my legs as veins are really bad but they made me feel at ease and its such a lovely friendly place im going there today to have my veins done and so happy my daughter told me about this place

Friendly staff at every visit. Always helpful and answering all questions I had. Staff always on hand afterwards too to answer questions and provide follow-up care.
First class service and would recommend anyone to get in touch if they’re interested.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Very reassuring. My flight from Isle of Man was delaying due to Air Traffic Control problems, but the staff managed to fit me in for a later appointment that day, for which I was very grateful.

I was warmly welcomed and given clear information about what I was to expect during the consultation. I was not rushed to get ready in the changing area.
The examination of my legs was done carefully. The results were explained and the various options available were defined. I was not pressurised into making an immediate decision about future procedures.
Although the consultation was thorough, I was still offered a booklet which gave details regarding the various procedures. I have found this very useful for reference.

I visited the vein centre in Lincoln and was seen by Mark Regi who was highly professional, put me at ease and did a fantastic job on my legs! Great after care and felt that they genuinely cared about their work and doing a great job.
His assistant Mark was efficient and diligent. Both good fun too!
