I’m very happy with the treatment I had at the Newcastle vein centre. Everything went very smoothly from the initial consultation appointment to the follow up appointment at the end. The staff were all friendly, professional and put me at ease right from the start. The results are fantastic. I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner. Thank you.

This is genuinely the best money I have ever spent. I had my initial consultation in the Newcastle veincentre in May 2025 and was booked in soon after for the procedure. This was professional, quick and I felt at ease throughout the whole process. This has changed my life, I would never have the confidence to wear shorts prior to this but now I have legs that im proud to show off. Recently ive felt some tightness again and so booked an appointment. I was seen within 2 weeks with a quick procedure being done on the appointment day. As always, the staff from reception to Mark was professional but friendly. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone who is suffering with varicose veins.

Follow-up appointment was as fabulous as the first. Thank you to Dr Mark Regi, Hazel, Peter and Trish who were the lovely team of people I saw today. Just needed a touch up on tread veins but the problem veins I originally came in for have totally gone and my legs have never looked or felt better. ❤️

From the start of my appointment I got a warm welcome from the receptionist, both doctors explained everything clearly & made me feel at ease

I was made to feel very relaxed from the minute I entered the building, and this continued throughout the visit.
The general decor and ambience was just right.
The consultant explained everything in detail and allayed any concerns I had. All questions were answered in a clear manner

Overall my experience at the vein centre in Newcastle was positive. I’m Very happy with the treatment and all the staff were extremely professional.

Was put at ease from the moment of my first appointment. Treatment was explained and done in no time at all. Couldn’t believe how I got off the bed and could walk straight away.
The staff were extremely friendly and doctor Mark had great taste in music.
My confidence has grown to wearing shorts as my legs were always covered up, in fact I’m never out of shorts now.
I totally recommend the vein centre and if your thinking about having your veins done I’d say just go for it.

Excellent treatment by Dr Mark Regi, very happy with results. All staff are lovely and friendly, nice relaxed atmosphere. Wish I had got my veins done years ago, if you’ve being putting of don’t, it’s a quick relatively painless procedure. Would 100% recommend Mark and he’s team :)

The treatment I’ve received from Vein Centre has been amazing!! My surgeon was Mark Regi who was friendly and professional - I had a complex medical history which he made sure he was fully aware of and gave me reassurance when I needed it. Between Mark and nurse Hazel, I felt very relaxed during treatment and we had some lovely chats whilst my veins were being treated, which kept my mind off what was happening. Mark and Hazel are an absolute dream team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends! The results on my legs are amazing and I’m so pleased!! Worth every single penny! I had an amazing experience at Vain Clinic. The care I received was outstanding from start to finish. Dr. Mark Regi was extremely professional, explained everything clearly, and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier with the results. The whole team especially Tracy and Hazle me feel comfortable and well looked after throughout the process. On arrival for consultation i was greeted by a lovely lady on reception. Myself and my partner were both offered tea and offered.
My consultation with Dr Haslam was really thorough and everything was explained in great detail before and after scan and he even drew me pictures to help me understand my scan findings.
There was no pressure to book the procedure following my consultation which I liked although I did book the procedure in as I was very impressed.

Friendly, warm, kind and knowledgeable staff. Dr Regi is very professional and knows exactly what needs doing. I initially had a lot of anxiety about the procedure and both his and the nurses compassion and patience made everything go smoothly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I have worn shorts most of summer, showing off my new legs! No more itching or restless legs. Wonderful.

I attended the Newcastle clinic for issues with varicose veins and also thread veins. My doctor, Mark Regi and Hazel were amazing and put me at ease straight away. It was refreshing to have doctors who truly care for their patient, they explained everything so I understood the process.
I always left any appointment feeling best positive and informed. I couldn’t recommend Mark and Hazel more! The best service I’ve ever had, sad to not see them again. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for treatment here.
