Love my new legs!
Friendly, warm, kind and knowledgeable staff. Dr Regi is very professional and knows exactly what needs doing. I initially had a lot of anxiety about the procedure and both his and the nurses compassion and patience made everything go smoothly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I have worn shorts most of summer, showing off my new legs! No more itching or restless legs. Wonderful.

10/10 - Newcastle Clinic
I attended the Newcastle clinic for issues with varicose veins and also thread veins. My doctor, Mark Regi and Hazel were amazing and put me at ease straight away. It was refreshing to have doctors who truly care for their patient, they explained everything so I understood the process.
I always left any appointment feeling best positive and informed. I couldn’t recommend Mark and Hazel more! The best service I’ve ever had, sad to not see them again. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for treatment here.

Fantastic service and highly recommend
From start to finish the service has been amazing. The Consultant Mr Mark Regi put me at ease and explained everything fully.
My first treatment was pretty painless and again everything was explained and any questions answered. I felt very much in good hands and both Mr Regi, Hazel and Tracy were fantastic. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Vein Centre to anyone.

Have to thank Mark and Hazel for an enjoyable visit to the Veincentre, Newcastle. From the welcome at Reception until leaving everyone was professional and friendly. My experience at the Newcastle Centre.
I found my experience at the Newcastle Vein Centre to be enjoyable and very informative. The treatment was very successful, on each appointment the Consultant explained in detail what was happening and his assessment, with regards to my treatment plan.
A very professional and excellent team that I would recommend to anyone.

Mark and his team at Newcastle have been fantastic. From my initial appointment to my treatment to my follow up they have treat me with the upmost professionalism. The foam sceloropy treatment has gone without issue and I felt like I was in and out in minutes. I would highly recommend them.

They were great!!!
Made me feel very comfortable and gave me the reassurance I needed. Still a bit nervous about getting it done but knowing I’m in great hands has made feel more comfortable.
He explained everything in detail and told me I would do great and not to worry.
I couldn’t ask for two better people that we’re in the room with me.

I attended the Newcastle centre for an initial consultation. I was able to park outside without any issues, was greeted by a friendly receptionist, who checked me in. My appointment was on time and everything that they were doing was explained to me. Also I was informed about what the procedure would be if I went ahead and what this would entail. Altogether a pleasant experience. I've now booked in to have the procedure completed.

Would not recommend
Would not recommend, misleading information about follow up treatment included in initial cost when it isn't, even if veins missed or treatment doesn't work! Go to the Nuffield instead if in Newcastle upon Tyne !
Just to follow up on my review,although the veincentre responded to my review to say they would like to discuss they have not bothered to do so. I guess they just wanted to look like they cared on Trustpilot! I stand by my opinion of them, the veins I needed treated were very superficial and unfortunately I still have them. I will be going to the Nuffield in Newcastle for any further treatment.

my wife had really pronounced vein…
my wife had really pronounced vein around the knees . after a treatment here involving injections into the veins her legs are back to their best and clear of those awful blue spider veins .
nice job and not expensive either !!
