I never realised car leasing could be so easy. I thought there must be something wrong because that process was so smooth. Thanks to Donna and Kirsty, they answered all of my questions and I have a new car in my driveway today.!!

Friendly helpful staff, although sometimes you do have to chase, I think though it's the dealers not keeping staff up-to-date. Long lead times currently but staff do their best to keep you informed.

Delivery arrived early on the day and as arranged. Polite driver offloaded car and assisted with inspection. Ordering process went smoothly and was kept up to date regularly.

My car was delayed, like so many this year, but the communication from Donna and Kirsty was helpful and timely throughout. They were always responsive to my requests. I have used Vehicle Savers before and will continue to do so in the future on the basis of my experience.

This was my 4th time with VehicleSavers and although the universal shortage of semi-conductors affected the delivery time, the service from the team was always 1st class. Thanks

I'm totally new to car leasing and therefore had lots of questions during the order process. Their communication was always incredibly fast and clear from the outset. I would receive replies to email often in less than an hour which was great and very reassuring.

Highly recommended and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my next lease.

Despite the ongoing challenges with new cars Kirsty and Dawn were able to get me my Volvo at a competitive price.

Excellent Customer Service!! Our first experience of leasing a new car was made seamless by Donna and Kirsty from Vehiclesavers.com. Just 18 days from our initial enquiry to the new car being delivered (with just 8 miles on the clock!!) Everything was explained in detail and all promises were delivered. No pressure was exerted at any stage of the process and all emails and phone calls were returned immediately. This was a great example of what customer service should be. Overall, a 5* buying experience!!!!!

I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately we could not source the Car we wanted due to Global shortage of essential parts that manufactures require.

Anyway we have now gone to a more greener car away from diesel to a Hybrid

Contacted Vehicle savers as they were advertising a Peugeot 5008 at a good price. I expected the price to go up when I asked for a particular trim and metallic paint, it didn't, really pleasant surprise. Dealing with Donna to source the vehicle manage, arrange payment details etc., was a friendly and very easy experience. Kirsty dealt with delivery and again it couldn't have gone any better. From order to delivery, 14 days, and that included the cooling off period. Excellent service.
