First Class Customer Service
I didnt proceed to completion as the minimum term for personal contract hire was 24 month and I didnt require a hire car for that period however Sanj Aujla was so incredibly helpful, knowledgable and patient with me, I found all dealings with synergy from my first enquiry to be first class. Kudos to this company as there was no pushy sales at all which was what I expected. Customer service was impressive. Based out of Harrogate & having a dedicated account manager was a luxury that is not common today. Full refund of a find fee too. Well done Synergy. Thank you Sanj.

Smooth process and clear communication throughout
Had a good experience leasing a vehicle through Synergy. The process was straightforward from initial enquiry to order confirmation and delivery with clear communication at each stage.
I found them responsive and transparent on pricing and options which made it easier to compare and make a decision. No pressure during the process, just practical guidance when needed.
Overall, a reliable and efficient service. Would be happy to use again.

Reliable, trustworthy and honest
Chris and his team faced many challenges in getting my car to me, but they overcame these and the wait was well worth it, I described what vehicle I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for and more, I couldn't be happier and I'm as critical as they come, I would without hesitation recommend Synergy to anyone looking for a new car, they did exactly what they said they were going to do and then went beyond that, the customer service they deliver is professional and is why I will be returning back to them when I need my next car.
