EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 💯

Contacted customer service today, they were on top of it! Everything I needed to know was answered quickly, promptly, and efficiently. I even went back later with another question and exact same service amazing. I can't believe it

KIM ROCKS!!!

Kim was so very patient and helpful and explained in a very easy to understand way how to create a wallet and how to cash out. Shes amazing and im very grateful she was there to help... May the fleas of 1000 camels infest the crotch of whoever ruins her days and or nights

Very unique gaming site

Very unique gaming site, I absolutely love that you can level up. Epic support team as well. Even though I'm still really new to this site, Thank you for hours of quality entertainment. No cash out yet because I'm still new, but I'm quite positive there will be. I give it five stars.

I am extremely satisfied with the level of customer support provided. Kim, was highly responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. She went above and beyond to help and answer my questions. Her professionalism and commitment to excellent service showcased the dedication vegasgems has to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Stay clear from this site

Stay clear from this site. I've never deposited and never will! They claim the shards are "real money". When you go to a game it says play for real money but you use your shards not actual diamonds.

Again, why is it that I'm spinning woth shards win I clicked play with real money?

Yeah too many glitches as well. Everything white screen timeout!
