I don’t think that when I make a return after I’ve canceled a subscription that I should have to pay the $6.95 shipping fee. It made me reconsider all of the subscription I have with you.
I am on my second bottle and I definitely see less shedding. I see baby hairs coming too so I think it's working. I need to give it a couple more bottles to give an honest review

I love the serum and have been using it for over a year. It stopped my shedding and has filled in the thin spots. I also use the shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner. I have my sisters using it now and they are both very pleased.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Impossible to cancel a subscription. I've been subscribed for awhile, but these products are very pricey and decided to cut back. They took away the loyalty point program. Make it so difficult to communicate with their customer service, change payment method, etc. Do not buy from them. The products aren't worth the money and hassle.
Awful products that gave me a terrible headache and hair loss and their customer service is next to none! They are con artists who refuse to cancel your subscription so do not buy from them . Despite advising them well in advance they refused to cancel my subscription and charged me and sent items even though the email was received weeks before ! They are terrible and an unethical company
I love using this product! I've been using this since 2022 and I've been pleasantly surprised by the results. It does take a while for results to actually show, but I believe it's totally worth it.
So I ordered previously, the order came about 3-4 weeks later after I ordered it. I wanted to change the subscription service to receive possibly in 3months time, given I ordered two lots of shampoos and conditioner, but I couldn't change it on the spot and max they will allow you to send the next order is 8 weeks and completely forgot about it. Funny enough, I actually didnt know whether I put the order through as no confirmation of the purchase came through via email. Only found out after it just turned up 3-4 weeks later. So I noticed my account was short of money, saw Vegamour was purchased due to subscription. Not email to tell me my account was going to be charged, or what has been purchased. I requested to cancel my order literally on the day my card was charged - they said too late. Received tracking the next day or so with no update, which possibly means the order was fulfilled after i requested the refund. Which means i now have to pay shipping to Aus and to return.
I noticed aswell that you have to email them to cancel subscription so they can persuade you to keep it! What a joke!

Do not get a subscription and then want to cancel-GOOD LUCK! They make it impossible to change your payment method, to cancel your subscription and they tell you they already shipped the item even though they took the money out a few hours before! from a subscription you cancelled months ago!

I cannot attest to its efficiency as I have only been using the Vegamour GRO Essential trio for 7 days.
What I can say is that the serum gives me very bad migraines. I use it as directed, and am awoken in the middle of the night by throbbing pain at the temples. I have not changed anything in my lifestyle so I am certain that the migraines are caused by Vegamour. When I stop using it, the migraines go away.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
So many issues, where to start.
1) Didn't see any sort of difference even after using the product for 6 months
2) Their customer care is atrocious, good luck trying to reach them if you live outside the US. They are impossible to contact by email, and their phone line is a 50-50 shot.
3) This has to be illegal, but they make it so difficult to cancel a subscription. I tried to cancel through email and they just didn't reply and charged me anyways. So the next month, I tried to call them and it took several tries but after 2 months of trying I managed to cancel my subscription.
4) They just don't process your refund, even after you return the product within 30 days like they ask. I am currently 2 months into my journey trying to get my money back (4 months since i started trying to cancel my subscription btw).
Scummy company, terrible customer service, I don't understand how they are allowed to be around and advertise like they do.
What a scam. Cancelled subscription in November but they continued to take money. After using for 2 months I saw no difference in lashes. Avoid.
It took so long to cancel my subscription that they ended up charging me and sending me product for a couple months. In addition, I returned a product but never received a refund. Beware of this company.
Beware of this company, I ordered the product to try and now they charge me every month for a reorder. Tried to cancel twice, have had to cancel my credit card to stop .
The product itself is nothing special and as many people have mentioned before it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel subscription as they just ignore you. I had to cancel my card as I couldn’t stop them from stealing my money any other way.
Very unhappy with the customer service of this company. Already sent several emails to cancel subscription that I’ve never requested and they keep on charging me for shampoo and conditioner (I don’t like the smell at all by the way and 97$!!!!!).

They are complete scammers. BEWARE! A single purchase led to a product subscription that I did not request or authorise.
They continued charging me and sending the products after requesting immediate cancellation.

I see less hair in the shower drain and the product does not make my hair oily or greasy looking.
Do not subscribe to this company. Over 4 weeks I have contacted them 3 times via online form, again on Facebook, and again via email asking them to cancel my subscription and they have just charged me for another shipment.
The subscription is a scam where they will ignore your requests to cancel it.
I have been using the serum drops for about a year now and tho I have seen a bit of improvement it has not really been a great increase in density along my hairline as they advertise and show in their reviews. The drops are indeed nice smelling, non greasy and easy to apply. I have also been using the shampoo and conditioner which seem to be of good quality, as well as, the scalp detoxifier tho I am not sure how well it works really. I have not subscribed to automatic delivery and I have not had issues with my orders so far. I have had a problem with the rewards that I could not redeem along with another discount and so I lost all the rewards I earned as they changed the system recently. This should not have happened as the reward points were earned through previous purchases and they should have been usable at any time despite of any additional discounts.
Once make an order you can never stop it's subscription. they just steal your money.
