I received order, products are good, one bottle came damaged and content spilled all over the box. I reached out to support team, got respond back that I won’t get replacement until my next order.

Better packaging for the products being…
Better packaging for the products being shipped. The products boxes are crushed. One of the products security strip is broken, meaning the tub has been opened.

i did show my id to website shop but…
i did show my id to website shop but USPS did not delivery to me. They gave gmail pickup and i did go to the office usps( they give address to gmail) for pickup my order but they still say it not have in stockpile, they told me it did redelivery and now i didn’t see the package delivery.

9202190349451100001665 USPS, here is your tracking information. The carrier calls you but doesn't pick up. We also tried calling and texting you (to ensure the goods we deliver must have a signature).
You can schedule a return delivery from the USPS website or to your local post office
I paid extra cost for this order but…
I paid extra cost for this order but when I opened the jar, it is a mess. Cream is all over from inside the lid to outside. The remain cream is less than original. This makes me very mad. What is the point to pay extra?
