Happy with the service

Ordered 3 items. All were sized correctly and fit well. 1 was just as pictured and I really like it. Second item was okay but not as pretty of material as advertised. Third was not styled very well, probably will donate.

Second time I have ordered tops for my wife. Everything is nice and she loves them all

I bought three different items. I love their clothes because these styles are not available in other stores. Their uniqueness makes them special.

UNHAPPY 🙁 After a long awaited dress I sent for it finally arrived! It was absolutely awful cheap and tacky absolutely gutted because it looked beautiful 😢 I have requested a returns form and their response was….”We will give you $8 refund & keep dress!!😡 I don’t think so I paid £44.60 in good faith and feel I deserve a full refund. Waiting in anticipation for their reply.

These garments are nothing like they look on the website, very poor quality. Their returns procedure is terrible and I am still in dispute with them as you have to have authorisation before you can return anything. Will not order from this company again.

So today I received what was supposed to be a sequinned T-shirt. It arrived with absolutely no sequins. Just a plain printed t-shirt which I paid $46 inc delivery to the UK. I was so looking forward to what looked like such a lovely top :-((

I’ve requested a refund as the item received was completely different.

Clothes were v good quality, all came in zipped up in sep bags within the 1 parcel.

I waited weeks for my item only for it to arrive faulty. Having sent 3 emails to Vardeny I have had no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it’s a scam!!!!

I love everything I bought! The quality is fantastic!

The clothing is incredibly cheap and poorly made. It looks nothing like the photos. It took me two weeks to even get an address from the company to return the item. They kept asking me if I was interested in $8, then $10, then $12. This went on for days and I kept repeating that I wanted to return the item and get my money back as I would never wear it. I have now returned it 6 weeks ago and have still not got a refund, and I’m sure I never will. Do NOT do business with this company.

Everything fit my wife well, very happy with products, slow delivery would be my only complaint.
