My Vapes didnt arrive and theres no response to my email. This company is a fraud i want my refund.

€649 reshipped for a €217 order
After spending €217 with the seller I received a box of damaged vapes. I inspected them all individually and found around 30% had been damaged. I contacted the seller asking for a partial refund for the amount that was damaged as I was happy to keep the rest. The seller called me personally and offered to send me a reship, something “special that I would like”. To my shock I received what can only be described as a Kill-streak Care package, vapes of all different sizes, flavors, you name it. I counted up the retail value and the total came to €649 just to ensure my complete customer satisfaction. Papa is a sucker for a good deal and its hard to fault the seller when you are compensated in such grand proportions. How this place has any negative reviews is beyond me. I recommend them as a 10/10 seller for customer care, product and shipping

Attention all buyers from EU countries, read this review before placing an order.
in my case, I have been waiting for a refund money-400 € for more than 2 months, but nothing happened. after countless emails, I got the following 1 answer only= The money was returned to your account. without any confirmation... to say the least, the money is not in our account!!!
And Vape parcel Never Arrived!!!
I also warn all future buyers from other EU countries to find other, better companies.
