Scammers. They do not deliver. Don't answer my calls and don't reply on my mails. I paid them 200 euro. I'm waiting more than month.

The order and delivery were fast . The Vapes i got are good , only one is wrong and when i e-mail or chat i don’t get a reaction . The other ones are good . I hope they react because i want to order again and get my problem solved. 4 days until i got my product in the netherlands . This was great

Experience from the Netherlands. I was looking to buy but my preferred payment method wasn't available. After looking at reviews, I decided not to order after all. They called me a day later, asking what had gone wrong. They told me they had hired new staff / management to try to rebuild their bad reputation. They offered me a box of 10x600 puff vapes for free. They were sent on the 23rd of August and arrived on the 30th, all with GLS track & trace code. Great service, just ordered from them again!

Edit: The order I placed on Sunday was shipped on Tuesday and arrived on Thursday!

I love their after sales service. one time i received some damaged boxes of crystal pro vapes in my order and when i contacted them they shipped me extra 10boxes of crytal pro vapes the next day!🎉

Afgelopen april ging het fout met mijn keuzes aan vapes en de verzending. Ik had geklaagd en werd vorige week gebeld door t bedrijf dat ze nieuw personeel hebben nu en excuses gehad. Vandaag 10 gratis boxen (10st per box) binnen gekregen. Track en trace via gls. Wat een service!! Thanks vapewholesale!

Ik heb bij dit bedrijf 2 dozen met vapes besteld. Deze werden geleverd binnen 10 dagen (spanje - nederland). Helaas heb ook ik van één doos de verkeerde vapes gekregen maar na email contact en later vanuit hun kant telefonisch contact, hebben ze dit keurig opgelost en krijg ik alsnog de vapes toegestuurd die ik graag wil.

Het bedrijf verstuurd mij de verkeerde vapes. Het lijkt alsof ze gekeken hebben naar de kleur van de vapes en niet naar de naam ervan, erg professioneel van ze. Ik heb Aardbei/Framboos/Kers smaak besteld en heb Suikerspin gekregen, beide vapes zien er hetzelfde uit qua kleur. Hetzelfde geldt voor de 2 energydrink smaken die ze hebben, en ik heb dus de verkeerde gekregen. Ze reageren niet op mails, en dat komt omdat je zie niet kan mailen. De mail bestaat niet volgens Microsoft. Het nummer bestaat ook niet, via whatsapp of normaal bellen. Ik kan ze niet bereiken. Als je wil bestellen doe dit dan via een creditcard waar je terug kan boeken, dat is precies wat ik nu ga doen. Bestellen doe ik nooit meer. Halve oplichters.

Beware of these guys out there , they ship something to an address of their own. The package finally gets delivered in their address and since it appears as delivered it is difficult to obtain a refund from your bank

I got scammed for around 540 euros worth of vapes, they allowed me to order and pay for the vapes i selected, but then they said they cannot ship the products in North Macedonia and after a few months they never returned my money after countless messages and mails send to them
