Been Using This Company For Over A Year Now. Been Spot On With Deliverys Everytime. Also Any Issues Are Quickly Resolved.

Having read reviews I was sceptical but thought I would place a small order to begin with and if it didn’t arrive no big deal , placed my order made payment and provided address , about an hour later tracking arrived by email and parcel arrived delivered next day. So I purchased again and to this day (been ordering over 12 months now) each time my order arrives as expected , tracking always provided and orders never missed. Can’t fault them or their service in anyway and I vouch for this business their prices are extremely good , delivery is perfect can’t be faulted. Honestly not sure how or why others have had issues personally I’ve never had one

Placed order in 27th December with 2 day delivery, still waiting, have emailed a few times with no response, I fear that I’ve done my money, I should of looked at all the other reviews saying the same thing before making an order

I believe this company are scammers. Placed my order for £74.98 for a box of 10 Lush Ice VNSNol on the 6th Decemeber. Never got a confirmation on my order, when I checked for my order on the website, it was canceled but got no notification. Sent email and on there website but no reply at all. No number to contact and doubt ill get my money back.
Reading the reviews, its a pattern by the company, am reading my exact situation over and over, so ill stay away. I've contacting my bank already, and I WILL escalate the situation to Citizen Advice because you cannot be false advertising and defrauding customers.

I placed an order on the 16th of Oct and was informed that my items would be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. I tried to contact them via WhatsApp and email on the 28th of Oct for an update. At first I received a reply on WhatsApp saying that they will look into it for me. And since then I have sent unserious messages and emails, without any response! So, far I believe and think that I have been scammed. I will now be reporting this as fraud and theft case. Please do not use these for any products!!!

I’ve been buying from VapesWholesale.co.uk regularly for over a year now and the experience has always been excellent. Their prices are much lower than the market, all products are 100% original, and I’ve never had a single issue with any of my orders. Customer support is also fantastic — very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable online vape shop.

One of the best wholesalers I understand sometime delay on response but they are genuine people. Trust them

I place a order with them on the 25th August and still waiting for delivery they not responding to emails the chat on line is hopeless I will now see if I can get a refund from my bank

Ordered 20 Coolplay Vapes 27th May. Received a WhatsApp message advising they were out of stock and offered alternative or refund. As they did not have the flavours I opted for refund. After 1 week no refund, messaged back asking if my refund had been processed. Company read the message but no reply. Left it a week or so and messaged again asking for my refund. Again comany read message but not replied. By this this time I was losing the will to live. Had to contact my bank for a charge back to VapesWholsale, which after the 6 week wait the charge back was granted and for the full amount of £164.00

Update 09/03/2026: Now you reply 10 months after contact with you. Well I’m lost for words🤬

Placed an order a week ago, next day shipping was advertised. Received nothing not even a dispatch email, tried contacting them via the chat online and via email and no response. Will be contacting my card provider and starting a cash back claim with my card provider

I ordered and payed over £70 for vapes advertised on their website. After my emails requesting delivery I have not received them a month later.

Wife ordered vapes! They didn’t even have in stock wanted to send something else! She asked for refund instead that still has not come through contact them and they say it’s been sent bank app and bank itself says otherwise!! Terrible customer service!! If not sorted soon will be speaking to citizens advice on how to use my consumer rights to get this sorted!!

SCAM! Ordered a vape, should be delivered 3-5 days, 1 week later my courier hasn’t even received it. Messaged the seller about a refund, then he says he’ll ship it, I received the wrong item that is £10 cheaper than how much I paid.

Stopped replying to my messages so I will be taking this further.

Placed an order for £46.99 on 9th December 24.
It's now 17th December - I have heard NOTHING from this company.
I have emailed them today, asking for a refund, I will update this review once I have heard from them, fingers crossed.

Pretty sure I got scammed.

I placed my order two weeks ago (just short of £70). I received an email informing me the order has been shipped a day later but I’m still waiting for delivery which should have taken up to 5 business days. No tracking number provided and no response from customer service no matter how many times I tried contacting them.

UPDATE: hilarious, a few hours after I submitted this review, I received an email saying my order got cancelled. No money came through yet and I’m not holding my breath.

UPDATE: I did get a refund in the end. I’m still disappointed that I haven’t received what I ordered but I suppose it’s still a happy ending.

No response from customer service

Placed an order, no email confirmation, I have received one previously. So was concerned that my order had maybe not went through properly. I have emailed, WhatsApp, even put a form through via website, no response. Eventually received my vapes, but never did get a response from customer services which is a concern. But really glad I have received my vapes! I would have appreciated a response as I was quite stressed about the order, given I had spent over £70

Complete scam
Counterfeit vapes that don't work and no response from emails. I've sent numerous emails and no answer to any of them. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I'm pretty sure this company is a scam. I ordered 2 new vapes (£47 with shipping) on 23-3-24, received shipping confirmation saying "your order is on it's way" on 26-3-24.

After that I heard nothing until I received an email saying "your order was cancelled at your request and your payment has been refunded" on 28-3-24.
1. I never cancelled the order
2. I tried contacting them via reply email and all I got back was a Mail Delivery Failure
3. I tried contacting them via their web chat, to which the only response is "Not Delivered"

I strongly suspect I've lost the £47, and I can only recommend that you DO NOT use these people...it's a scam.

UPDATE on 7-4-2024:
Unsurprisingly, I received my credit the day after the above review was posted. I also eventually received an email from someone named "Singh" on 6-4-2024, (almost two weeks after they cancelled the order with no notice) to inform that they cancelled my order of a "deuce me ice" product because it was discontinued.

I would have appreciated this if I had actually ordered something called a "deuce me ice". I had actually ordered 2 x Smok 80W Pod Kits.

I'll be very surprised if this isn't some guy working from a dingy garage, and I still agree with others here...shocking service.

I keep receiving ' sorry we could not deliver your parcel ' from dpd as they have sent my order to a wrong location. I emailed them about 8 times in the last 2 weeks to get the address corrected but haven't heard anything yet.
