Fast easy service

Been using these guys for a while now and have always received excellent service. This time unfortunately the package went astray and I had to contact the customer services. Not only did they immediately redo my order, but they put a free bottle in as well. Great work getting ontop of my issue, thanks.

I have been buying my e liquids from vape shop for quite some time now they always deliver promptly and any queries are dealt with speedily. I have used customer services several times to return items and this has always been dealt with very professionally, no quibbles about returns or refunds. I woukd highly recommend them

Having done my research, nowhere else compared to The Vape Shop when it came to choice, availability, cost and deals, so I gave them a try.
Fantastic customer service, who actually respond (very quickly!) to any questions, superfast delivery, and the products arrive well packaged and perfectly as described.
I have a shop close by, literally at the end of my road, but no one can beat The Vape Shop when it comes to meeting every requirement, which is why I will be a customer for life (I have no intention of giving up vaping. I gave up cigarettes and alcohol, so give me a break 🤷🏼‍♀️😂)

I bought two of the exact same product but different flavours. We opened them on the same night. Supposed to be 8000 puffs. One lasted not even 8hrs and the other lasted about a week. When I raised the concern I was asked to send pictures ( how they can ascertain a faulty product from pics I don’t know) this was on a Friday and it took 3 days for a response and then I walked to visit a local shop- nearest one is miles away- and if I can’t get to a shop then I had to post it back to them at my own expense. It’s a £10 product ffs. Customer service is really, really poor. Would not recommend based on this and I won’t purchase anything else from this site

Order a vape and in the deal it said 1 smok zrex vape and 3 extra vapes this was on Ebay got receipt of Ebay with the order on says the same got the order only vape device came no.vape pods rang vape shop only be told the order is wrong this has happened twice so don't order anything from vape shop online they are so.big liars and and thevies

Fab customer service, Sam was super friendly and professional! Part of my order had unfortunately become out of stock after I ordered but Vape Shop contacted me straight away offering me alternatives or a refund. I didn’t see the initial email so they contacted me again to ensure I didn’t miss out on my order. Once I decided to go with an alternative product they upgraded my shipping to ensure my order still got to me in time. Thanks guys will deffo be using again!

Ordered without an issue. Received email of dispatch and item received within 48hrs however!!! Be careful of this company. I received an unsealed, used, damaged item which had clearly been returned using original boxing of the item I purchased. Rang them immediately gave photos to be faced with extremely poor customer service and advised I need to wait so they can view the cctv of the warehouse. I’m not disputing an item hasn’t been sent I disputing the wrong item in the correct box has been so what is the cctv going to show? 24 hours later still waiting for an update and they don’t care. Be wary of this company. Fraudsters!

ordered on Monday and so far no sign of my item, tracking says its been posted but vape shop say standard delivery expected within 3 to 5 days so today is day 5 and if they come i am willing to change my star rating, ordered from another site and the order was with me within 24 hours so by comparison this site is very slow on delivery and relies on standard post by royal mail where as other sites use 24 and 48 hour tracked delivery as a standard. Would i use them again? i doubt it very much as too much stress waiting to see if the item will ever arrive

We ordered incorrectly which was entirely our own fault, but speaking with customer service was easy, the return was easy and they sent our correct goods out 24 hrs later. So nice not to have to jump through hoops to get things done as soon as often is the case nowadays

Cliq vape and pods are the best! I’ve been vaping for many years and these are easy to assemble,charge last me all day,easy to use and 6000 puffs is brilliant!
My only issue is 20mg nicotine…I really wish they would do a 10mg !
Vape shop are a good service,reasonable prices and ordering is easy 🙂
