Brilliant service from Zoe. Royal Mail messed up my delivery and returned it without telling me. Zoe sorted it out straight away reshipped using DPD next day, was polite and courteous, very happy with the service I received 10/10. Also sorted some loyalty points for me honestly when companies do this sort of thing they definitely keep my business, would rather spend with them than anywhere else. They have anything you could need at the best prices and loads of deals on too, suggest you check them out if you haven’t already - I’ve been ordering from them for years so I’m not a new customer or anything and there’s a good reason for that, they deserve it. Thank you again to Zoe!

Amazing customer service especially Zoe, had an issue with a pod and she promptly dealt with it, have used the vape shop many times and have never had an issue before this.

Lost shipment.
I had placed an order just before Easter which had not arrived by the 13th April. An email to customer service resulted in a reply from Zoe, she checked my order number, found the problem and within the hour had my re-order sent out via DPD next day delivery. The order arrived today, 14th April. That is exemplary customer service, thank you Zoe and Vape Shop.
Supply Chain Stream problem
I have had some problems getting hold of elusive pods for the Angel 20k system…
I wrote to Customer Services and Zoe kindly got back within the hour, letting me know she had received my mail and would be getting back when she had more information.
This is great customer service, as despite not having an immediate solution, Vape Shop have kept my loyalty by being transparent and explaining the current issue fully.
We live in a World where their is going to be supply chain issues in many markets; it will be good customer relations that keeps ‘the lights on’ for Small & Medium businesses, in navigating rocky times. 5 ⭐ SC Hampshire UK

Ive had many orders from this company
Ive had many orders from this company. Always a speedy process. Only had 1 single problem and it was sorted by Zoe in minutes. Would highly recommend for quality and service.
However, Im still waiting for the promised rewards for this review !! I've 2 more orders and still no brownie points very disappointing.

I have vaped for a long time
I have vaped for a long time, It took me a long time to find a good vaping oil company that actually seems to genuinely care about their customers,I have been with the vape shop for what seems a very long time,and will be with them for the foreseeable future.I am a good ole age and do all my shopping on line and I have never dealt with any sort of company with a customer care team like these guys(especially Zoe,)I am quite fussy about what I like in vaping oil and equipment but I don’t have to look anywhere else cause if these guys don’t have it, it’s not worth having.Today for instance I received my lastest selection of oil etc.Unfortunately one of the bottles of oil had leaked out all over everything,so I dropped Zoe an e-mail and within half an hour she had replied and an hour and a few very friendly e-mails Zoe has replaced everything and has it in the post.You couldn’t beat that for caring for your customers.I have truly never known a friendlier more caring customer support team and I’m 74.I won’t be changing my supplier anytime soon.

Missing Reward Points.
Vape Shop offers quality vapes at great prices.
They also have a great loyalty point reward system, but recently I had an issue were all my points had disappeared!
I emailed their customer service and within 24 hours they had responded with a full restore of my missing points plus additional points as their way of apologising.

Excellent customer service
The customer service I have received has been exceptional. I realised I had put the wrong postcode on my order, about two weeks after I had ordered it, and unsurprisingly the parcel could not be delivered to me.
I thought on the off chance I would give the company an email and amazingly someone emailed me almost straight back. They were very very helpful and once we decided the parcel was really lost somewhere between Royal mail sorting offices, they resent my order for me. A really helpful customer service team, thanks again for your help!

Easy company to work with, they sell a wide selection of vapes, liquids and much more. Ordering is fluid and fast, after payment they dispatch on the same day. Good vape liquids too. Never had a problem. Definitely recommend.

Age verification is slow and…
Age verification is slow and cumbersome. I have tried three different IDs with 5 different attempts to get it verified to be unsuccessful, further to this, the manual process is slow.
After the age verification the order arrived promptly, the product is genuine, the packaging is good.

Absolutely excellent customer service! Definitely 10/10 for prompt and professional response to a problem I had with a faulty vape. Swift correspondence and action by Zoe (who was an absolute delight ) she was incredibly polite and professional throughout the whole process and made the whole thing painless which is a rare thing with companies nowadays! Thank you !! Will i be back to purchase more .. you bet I will!

The Best Vape Shop
I would highly recommend The Vape Shop. A vast choice, great selection of flavours and the delivery is so quick. I use the phone too to order and Zoe is so helpful and explains things. Prices are very reasonable too.

Vape Shop with A+ Customer Service
This has restored my faith in customer service. I have recently given up smoking and to help, I have been vaping. This is totally new to me and faced with a trillion vape businesses and a huge number of products, I blindly ordered from the vape shop. The products came by 24 hour tracked delivery which was impressive . I looked at the vape, tried to read the instructions which were printed in such small print, I ended up scanning the instructions in to my pc and enlarging them !!!!!!!! The process was fiddly trying to fill the vape, I couldnt see the access point. In the end, I gave up and spoke to Zoe from the vape shop. This femme fatale knows her vaping kits and told me she agreed the vape I had chosen was fiddly. Zoe then went through her stock and recommended a swap and sent this out 24 tracked !! So happy with the service I would thoroughly recommend any new comers to vaping to call Zoe first and she will make sure you are given the right advise and the right product for you.

Had an issue with the delivery of…
Had an issue with the delivery of monthly subscription. I got in touch by email and the delivery company DPD Had sent my monthly subscription back apparently my address was wrong even thought they tried to deliver it twice whilst I was at work.
Within 24 hours my subscription was resent and received. Very helpful and conscientious on keeping the customer happy

Vape shop are legends! They are a wonderful Vape shop with great products reasonably priced.
They are very generous too and look after their loyal customers. I have been using them for years.
They always offer me huge discounts and keep me informed even late at night!
