I use vape shop a lot and I love using this company as they always have good products online and they always have good deals also every kit u get a choice of either a 10ml or 50ml bottle of eliquid with them plus if u find it they will do there best to price match it which is always handy to know. I’ve been waiting on the voopoo g4 kit to come out and when I come on this site they had it a lot cheaper than any other companies so that was a thumbs up straight away plus u get a free liquid and they were doing a free pod to but when I was trying to add the free pod it wasn’t working so I spoke to some on the chat on there site who looked into this for me they also had the same issue as me I was told that they would look into this for me and they would get back in contact with me I received an email from a lovely lady called Zoe from customer services who explained that this was an error on the site and couldn’t apologise enough so the resolution to this issue I was offered the kit for free as a gesture of gd will which I was over the moon with and then just to top it off Zoe add some points to my account to use on wot ever I wanted so a double bonus I can not fault vape shop 1 bit this is how u should be treated as a customer so I’m very happy with my new voopoo g4 kit I just want to sdd as y a big thank u to the whole team at vape and Zoe for everything u did I would highly recommend them to anyone as u will get good prices great products and most importantly great customer service to.ps sry this is a very long review 😁

Absolutely brilliant customer service & value for money
Absolutely brilliant customer service! I have bought many vape kits from them, for myself and as gifts, and they are amazing value for money. Unfortunately one of the vapes had a faulty battery, and on sending it back, they sent out a new replacement the next day AND refunded me my money. They answer emails quickly and communication is great! All of the staff are very polite and helpful, and I love this shop because I also earn points with my purchases and have had quite a few money off vouchers, as well as free vape liquid! Would highly recommend

Great service, I had a problem with dpd delivering my vapes, got in touch with vape shop though email, they emailed me straight back ask for my ref number and address, next day my vape were delivered. Absolutely amazing service from a very happy customer 😀

Exceptional customer service from zoe! Ive been using vape shop for a long while and love the generous rewards scheme! I had a slight issue where id applied my points as a discount, but the system charged the full amount. I reached out and had a very fast reaponse.
