Had a small hiccup with a couple of bottles, so fired off a quick email. They came back almost instantly, actually investigated it (which is rare these days) and even picked up the phone for a proper chat.

Replacements landed on my doorstep in no time, complete with a few extras and a handwritten note that honestly made my day.

It’s the little touches like that which set them apart. Proper customer service is hard to find and I won’t use anyone else for my eliquids.

I was contacted via WhatsApp because an eliquid I ordered wasn't in stock and they wanted to see what other ones I would like so my order would not be delayed which I thought was amazing.

This company are fantastic!!! I had a few problems with some pods I brought and without hesitation they sent me 4 new boxes out of their own pocket to make up for a manufacture problem. Customer service is a 10+. Great prices and fast delivery. It’s nice to see there still some decent company’s who value there customers out there pleasure buying from vape at door thankyou so much.
