First order was small, as you're always dubious when using a company for the first time on the internet. All was okay, now ordering in larger quantities and never had any problems. All deliveries have been correct to order, and all arrived on time. Just had the one faulty battery, but I'm sure it would have been replaced, had I asked. Highly recommend.

I have been ordering from this company for a while now, the first time i was a bit scared as had bad experience from other online companies, but there was no need to be. I had an issue with a vape and Dan replied straightaway and was very helpful. My recent order was delayed and Dan got it shipped asap. What i love is their honesty he straight up told me there was a delay in the shipment. That is what you call excellent customer service! I strongly recommend them and their prices are very reasonable, but its the good customer service that does it for me.

Everything was fine. I don't believe in 10/10 so could not give you 5/5. You must always strive so if you get a 10/10 or a 5/5 where can you go, only down. My only gripe is when I get an offer on email, it is only just after I have already ordered or won't link to my account so never benefit and I have spent quite a few quid with you so do feel a little bit peeved.

After quite a few orders (I like to try something new, ha ha ha!), I can honestly say that this site has now become my “go to” for all my vaping needs.
A great selection to choose from, and what puts it above the rest, is the option to actually buy the extra refill tanks. As some places just sell the kits. So it’s frustrating when you can’t order more extra pods once you’ve found one you like. Not here! They have a smorgasbord to pick from, reasonably priced and delivered really quickly.
Keep doing what you do, as you’re doing it well, and you have a loyal customer here.

Vape at Door have consistently been good, great prices and choices. I was after a different brand, but unfortunately it was out of stock, but the team messaged me to order similar device. The Maxgo range is pretty good, not as smooth as my initial order, Hayati Pro, but will enjoy these for the moment.

Amazing as usual. Always have my products in stock, shipped out the same day. Excellent customer service. I Don’t buy anywhere else. Only thing I wish is for the option of next day delivery but it’s not a reason to shop elsewhere.

This company scams and plays games. They sent out the wrong products that are less in value to what I paid. Myself and the company have an excessive email chain now at 21 emails of me trying to resolve this issue. I sent over 15 photos (due to numerous different emails from Dan the CEO asking for different types despite there being sufficient photo evidence in my original email). Given the evidence, it should have been simply that he emailed back to let me know the 3 missing vapes I had paid for were being sent out which is what any legitimate company would do in good faith. However, he has drawn this process out over a 4 day period and finally his resolution is that I send some of the stock back to receive what I am owed. I have explained how this is not a fair solution as I will need to take time out my day to drive to the post office and return the lesser value products, for which he is not compensating me. I said I originally might have done this but after 21 emails and 4 days of communication I don’t want to provide any further unpaid labour to correct his company’s mistake. Some of his emails border on patronising regarding how to use the current pods for the fewer vapes I have recieved (but paid for - how lovely of him) I have explained I know how the vapes operate but still want the products I have paid for. His other solution was that I just buy them again? Ridiculous. I have also submitted a complaint due to awful customer service, and he has not acknowledged this. Although he is quick to respond, he is either wildly incompetent or deliberately playing games in the hope I will become fatigued and give up. It is a silly game to play as he has now lost me as a customer, and considering I use these vapes monthly I would have been a reliable customer but I will order from another reputable site in future. This situation feels very disingenuous and scammy.
