Bonnet protector wasn't to my liking but I got sent a refund, which was really good customer service I have to say. I really didn't expect that

Bought 2 parts for my crafter which both turned out to be rubbish.

Front bumper splitter has little dents in but they couldn’t replace as it got installed as I left the protective tape on while installing and didn’t see until I’d taken it off.

Secondly rear spoiler states ready to paint and turned up needing filler and costing me more to get ready to install.

Customer service really bad. I would recommend not buying from this company full stop.

Cheap materials used.

I phoned to confirm fitting for my vehicle. Advised part not suitable for new model. This saved a long of hassle. Ordered other items, one of which not in stock. Back ordered item being sent post free. Great products, great fit. Brilliant service

The product was listed as compatible with all caddy MK4's be that barndoors or tailgate. However when going to fit the new bulb holder i discovered that the two different types of rear door have different taillights and therefore different bulb holders. The part supplied was for barndoors,Not correct for my vehicle and also invalidates the "compatible with all Caddy MK4's" statement. Vanstyle do not offer bulbholders for tailgate vans on their website. When i phoned Vanstyle the gentleman on the phone simply told me two things,"We are aware of a few different Bulb holders and believe volkswagen changed them during production at some point and we provide a picture on our website so you can identify the one that you have". So i would say thats all a fair statement but could Vanstyle not help by offering the part that i need to fix my van rather than telling me just to return the product for a refund and get the item elsewhere?
Simply Put, They need to update the compatibility section of that product rather than burying their heads in the sand and pretending that Barndoors and tailgates have the same bulbholders. (Ask Your local VW dealer if they are the same)

I deal with many companies in this field and Vanstyle are amongst the best. Great quality items, good value for money and speedy delivery. Excellent.

I ordered a set of side-bars for our Campervan, which arrived really quickly. But when they arrived the packaging had been damaged during the shipping process and as a result one of the bars was damaged. I phoned Vanstyle and spoke to Stephen who asked me to send photos of the damage. As soon as I had sent them he arranged for the package to be collected and sent another set. The whole process was very quick and easy and the damaged set were collected the next day and 2 days later the new set arrived. They are undamaged and look like a very good product.

Ordered some new bits for our transit custom, arrived quickly and fitted very well. Good service and easy to deal with.

Received a pair of window vents they seem like a good product and fit perfectly in the van, but they arrived slightly bent and dinted, because of very poor packaging, thier reply to my email was ( we will let the warehouse people know )

Although a little pricy , the parts were of very good quality, despatch was adequate , packaging very good , delivered on time , all in all very pleased with purchase and will definitely shop here again in the future .
