Vanishing Inc. Magic Recensioni

I bought a trick Vanishing Inc makes from a local magic shop. Unfortunately, part of that trick broke. I e-mailed and within 30 minutes Kyle was able to have a replacement part shipped out to me, free of charge. Absolutely magical customer service, thanks Kyle!

I have always been happy with Vanishing Inc as a company for both high quality products and exceptional customer service. Anytime there has been any issues (this is a rare occurance), Vanishing inc has been very responsive with quick communication and more than reasonable solutions to any inconvenience. Highly recommended!

This company is fantastic! I live in France but I'm originally from the UK. Not only do they provide free shipping but they now avoid me from having to pay extortionate customs fees in France. Plus, their prices and their customs fees make their prices even cheaper than if you buy it in France.

Highly recommended to everyone

Customer service is top notch.
I had an order issue that I needed fixed. Minutes after I emailed it was quickly fixed.

Vanishing Inc. consistently delivers exceptional service. Their products are top‑quality, shipping is fast and always free, and every interaction with their team is prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful. They make the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Truly one of the best companies in magic.

I am the president of the International Brotherhood of Magicians - Ring 6 operating out of the Community Arts Center in Wallingford (Philadelphia) PA. Our members always turn to Vanishing Inc. (V.I.) as our "go to" magic source. V.I. offers quality products, quick shipping and order turnaround, and consistently excellent customer service.

Malheureusement les taxes et frais pour l’Europe m’ont fait doubler le prix de l’article

Vanishing Inc. always goes above and beyond for Customer Service.

I recently realized that I hadn't received an order that should have arrived weeks ago. I made a query with the Customer Support Wizards, and they quickly determined that the package had been delivered, but had likely been snatched by someone while I was out.

They immediately packed up a replacement for the order, and even expedited the shipping.

This is one of the many reasons that I go to Vanishing Inc. first.

Do you want to know how terrible Vanishing inc. Magic is?
A few weeks ago I placed an order with them. As I followed the tracking information I saw that they shipped it out right away. However UPS had it stuck halfway across the country where it sat for over 2 weeks without moving. I decided to send them an email to see if they could nudge UPS to move my package, and they replied within a couple of hours that they were resending me my order with special shipping at their cost so it would get to me quickly.
I will only use Vanishing inc for my magic. Simply because it gives you a feeling of confidence that if anything were to go wrong they are there for you.
So yes if you want terribly good customer service, I suggest Vanishing.

Vanishing Inc. is an exceptional Magic Supply Company. From their Lecturer's Master Classes to the newest and most sought-after Magic effects, Vanishing Inc. stands high above the competition. The staff is very professional and ready to help with my questions, my special requests and purchases. I especially want to mention their prompt help with returns. If an item has a manufacturers flaw, or was broken in shipping, their team is always ready to help to my satisfaction. I could give them 6 stars if they'd let me. Much thanks to everyone at Vanishing Inc.

I received a defective unit and they went immediately out of their way to order a replacement for me. Kyle was phenomenal in getting it all figured out and kosher.
