Disappointed as the food was late
Disappointed as the food was late. The food I ordered was good, however I thought it was a bit expensive. Also the frittatas would have been nicer if at room temperature, not cold.

Our Customer Service team reached out to give the receiver a heads-up in advance and we arrived within that 5-minute window, so at least our timing estimates are more reliable than the weather forecast! We appreciate this may still have been inconvenient, and we're always looking to tighten up our delivery windows :)
On the frittatas, they're served cold by design using our refrigerated vans to keep everything fresh, though we completely agree, room temperature would be lovely too! Simply let us know if you'd like an earlier delivery next time, and we'll make sure they've had time to rest and warm up before serving. Thanks again for your comments on pricing as well, and we'd love the chance to serve you again soon!

Service Great But Small Portion
Service Great But Small Portions & Pricey
I was very happy with the service and how I was kept updated etc, however I was surprised about the size of the scrolls and how little food we seemed to get for the price. I would order the fruit again (saves cutting) however would be a lot more cost effective to get scrolls from a Bakery or supermarket.

For lunch, we typically recommend 4 pieces per person, as noted on our website, to ensure everyone is well fed. Service is always good
Service is always good.
Food this time was disappointing, the wraps had way too much rocket in them, the hemp wraps were bitter and inedible.
The pies and sausage rolls are very hard to distinguish between flavours, was a problem for those who dont eat meat.

This is the first feedback we've heard about the hemp wraps, so thank you for raising it, we'll follow up with our sandwich section on this straight away, along with the amount of rocket in the wrap.
Regarding the pies and sausage rolls, we do mark vegetarian options with a small toothpick, but we hear you that it's not always obvious when so many pies look alike!
For future orders or for any more serious allergies going forward, our customer service team can input the order differently to keep everything safe and smooth (worth noting there's a small price difference with that option). We'd really appreciate the chance to show you a better experience next time, please do not hesitate to reach out to our CS team!

Exceptional Food, Service and Attention to Detail
We recently hosted our 50th Anniversary Gala Dinner for more than 200 guests, and the catering and service exceeded every expectation.
The food was exceptional, and we received countless compliments from our guests throughout the evening. One guest even went out of their way the following week to tell us how outstanding the beef was. They remarked on how impressive it was to serve such a large number of guests while ensuring every portion was cooked to perfection.
The chefs did an incredible job, and the wait staff were professional, attentive and seamless throughout the event. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering such a high standard of food and service played a significant role in making our celebration a success.
Thank you to Lisa and the entire team at Vanilla Blue for helping make such an important milestone so memorable. We highly recommend Vanilla Blue for any large-scale event and would happily work with them again.

Responses to requests was prompt, informative and precise. Food was good, Personal contact was friendly and helpful. One comment was made that the tea break coffee and water was not hot enough but not sure how factful this is.I probably should have ordered a little more finger food for lunch as attendees were mainly men with big appetites, but no complaints received from them.

Brilliant Service and Catering
I continue to be impressed with the team at Vanilla Blue. I have used them a number of times for catering for internal meetings and conferences. The make the order process extremely easy, they design the menu for me and additionally, our staff love the food (and we all know employees are always the hardest critics where catering is concerned).
