Great service!
First of all it’s Lizzy. Lizzy is brilliant in providing catering suggestions and is very flexible in catering to our needs. Secondly, delivery is always on time and the food super fresh and tasty.

The food came too early. 90 mins earlier than order time.
Will be good if they come on time or at least close to the order time because we are not always at the venue 90 mins earlier.

I do want to gently mention that for cold food orders, our delivery window allows for arrival up to 90 minutes ahead of the requested time, which is why it landed earlier than expected. That said, we completely understand this isn't always convenient, and we'd love to chat about your event timing next time so we can plan the drop-off in a way that works better for you, in the meantime, I have added a note to your profile to request as close to the delivery times as possible. Great value and delicious food
Great value and delicious food, the team was very responsive and accommodating of dietary requirements. The canape offering was far more comprehensive and impressive than other catering companies that I had received quotes from. Only issue was that I had requested delivery of food at the latest possible time of 2PM on the day of the event as it was a weekend event that started at 6.30PM, and the food was delivered at 12.30PM causing unexpected stress around food storage. I was also under the impression that food I had requested with specific dietary requirements would be provided on a separate platter upon delivery, rather than included with the rest of the food which I then had to manually sort out and put aside for my guest who had very specific requirements.
