I had my end inspection today after renting from the company for 4 years. The lady doing the inspection was very talkative and polite. She was very interested in our experience living in Breda, she took us serious and listened to all our gripes with the maintenance side of the company.

I have been living in Veemarktstraat 24A Breda with the help of Van der Huizen for about 4 years. It was great experience!

Today I had review and inspection with the house agent Breda wonderful woman with the good taste of humor.

Bottom line, nice agency, nice people and good time spent with the agency!

I had a great experience with Vanderhuizen they were quite responsive and helpful when questions needed answers they visits were nicely organized and quite straightforward. I did my viewing from Breda agency and I quite enjoyed the visit from house agent from Breda. I liked the viewing and I finally got housing in Breda.

I would like to express my serious dissatisfaction with the conduct and level of service we have received from your broker.
On the first day, she arrived approximately 25 minutes late. We had travelled from another country and were unfamiliar with the city, so naturally it was not always easy for us to find the exact locations. Nevertheless, we arrived on time at 13:30 on Tuesday to the location, when she did arrive at 13:55. She called and apologised when she was late, but when we called N for assistance with guiding us if we are at correct location, she spoke to us in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner, making it sound as though she could not understand how we could possibly have difficulty finding the location.
For another scheduled viewing, she simply did not show up at all and did not answer her phone (anotherlocation we had booked for viewing).
However, I believe today’s viewing was the final straw. We arrived for our confirmed appointment only to be told by N that we were supposedly not on the list. I have an email confirming this viewing and would be happy to forward it to you as proof, so I did to her.
I find this level of service completely unacceptable, particularly considering that we have made considerable efforts to attend these appointments while coming from abroad.

Today I signed the contract to my new room with house agent from Breda.I visited a lot of location and I finally found a room. I had a viewing beforehand where they showed me around and it was great. My experience was good and everything was well done.

Ik heb zojuist mijn eindinspectie gehad bij van der Huizen. Na een kleine doorloop van de kamer was alles goed en heb ik mijn borg teruggekregen. Na alle bezichtigingen via verhuurmakelaar regio Breda heb ik sindsdien een fijne kamer gehuurd in Breda. Ik heb in mijn huurperiode een hele fijne ervaring gehad met van der Huizen en ben zeer tevreden. Hele goede service, snelle service en in het bijzonder een hele goede ervaring met jullie verhuurmakelaar.

Snelle reactie op het verhelpen van lekkage in de badkamer.

Een ontzettend fijne 3.5 jaar gewoond in het centrum van Breda. Vandaag ook een hele fijne eindinspectie gehad met de verhuurmakelaar van de regio Breda. Een eindinspectie is altijd een beetje spannend, maar we zijn goed op ons gemak gehouden en het was eigenlijk gewoon wel een leuke afsluiting.

Ik kon snel via de mail een afspraak inplannen om mijn defecte lamp te laten repareren. Alles goed verlopen.

De afgelopen 7,5 jaar heb ik met veel plezier een kamer in Breda gehuurd via vanderhuizen. Tijdens deze periode geen problemen ondervonden. De bezichtigingen waren bijna een feestje door de vrolijke makelaar van regio Breda. Ik ga deze kamer en misschien ook de vrolijke makelaar missen. Wellicht tot ooit!

It's quite difficult to schedule viewings with other platforms, and Van der Huizen offers plenty of viewings which you can attend without any prior payment or application.

The process for applying to properties is straightforward, and the communication with the agency for us went smoothly. They also provide an English translation of relevant documents for internationals which most agencies don't.

The broker we signed with, Ronald, is a kind and helpful man, he took his time to answer our questions at the contract signing, and the process was concluded smoothly. We are very appreciative of his help thus far in making our experience with the agency and the search for housing positive!

Bezichting met brigitte gedaan kwam goed over en alles was duidelijk

Ik heb met Brigitte bezichtigingen gedaan, ze gaf goed (en vlot) advies en was volkomen eerlijk in alles wat ze zei (negatieve aspecten van kamers werden netjes benoemd) en dacht met me mee voor opties met at je met de kamers kan doen, en ik heb met haar het contract ondertekend. Alles was netjes geregeld, top!

Mijn erveraring met Van Der Huizen waren goed, een fijne bezichtiging gehad. Vandaag heb ik de huurovereenkomst afgerond met brigitte, dit verliep zeer soepel.

2 jaar met plezier gehuurd, goed voor elkaar! Fijn door Brigitte geholpen bij bezichtigingen en eindinspectie, alles voor spoedig verlopen.
