We ordered some mats for our new vans and didn't realise that they had two fixing types. Contacted Van Demon explainined the situation Katie promptly replied and sent some conversion clips out to fit.
Excellent service.

Purchased a side window for Renault Trafic after 2weeks the adhesive failed and the window fell Out and smashed

I bought a transit custom from these guys and dealt with Brad the director and Andy Stewart .
I wanted a door swapped which was agreed as they had a spare van on site but months later when we had arranged the work and I drove 2 hours and a day off work there was no door on site !
I was still told I would be reimbursed and yet I have no money or door in my possession.
I would avoid dealing with such a poor outfit .

Beyond terrible service. ordered a roof rack, payment was taken but no order confirmation sent. after chasing confirmation was informed that they had my money but no record of my purchase. after manually supplying the product code I thought we were away, receiving a dispatched email. when the roof rack in question eventually arrived (much longer than advertised delivery time) it was the wrong product. with this I spent 2 days trying to contact van demon via email and phone to no response. when they eventually picked up my email they then asked me to prove that the wrong product had been sent. I sent said proof and van demon still did not admit fault and instead tried gaslighting me into thinking I had ordered the wrong product. I demanded a return and refund as I had since ordered my roof rack from another supplier that delivered it overnight and was great through the whole process. van demon then informed me that I would have to pay for return delivery so they could check over the product before paying a refund. its been over a week since I had courier conformation that my return had been delivered. I am still awaiting my refund and van demon continues to ignore me.

Customer service was outstanding! I ordered through Amazon and received the wrong mat for my vehicle which was frustrating. Reported this on Thursday and the person I spoke to send out the correct mat to me and it arrived the next day! Amazing service and would definitely recommend. I will definitely use them again if I need mats in the future

Ordered a 7 bar roof rack what arrived was 5 bar roof rack said if I kept it would get a partial refund never got it and not replying very untrustworthy

Ordered a roof rack and it didn’t fit correctly tried to return it however with it being Christmas and them being closed said they won’t accept it as a return and was not understanding or helpful in anyway

They delivered the roof bars swiftly, had confirmation text messages to confirm the order and confirm the delivery. Hadn’t received a email receipt but I emailed to follow this up and they replied promptly with everything I needed

Horrendous company!!! Waited almost 6 weeks for a van (that was promised to be 2 weeks!) it would have been at least another 2 weeks if it wasn’t for the finance company to threaten to pull the plug.

Disappointed with the company brought rear windows to fit into my transit custom to find when they came that it doesn’t come with a template. Then to find they don’t offer any advice on fitting the glass other than find another company to fit it. None of this is stated on the website. Asked for a refund to then find I have to pay for the pleasure of returning it back to them. Not really what you would expect in this day and age.

Purchased some mats for a Peugeot Partner and the are poor quality. Wrong shape yet they are supposed to be tailored mats, fitting clip not positioned correctly, terrible smell, no purchase email sent, no return instructions, no contact details on the website.

Ordered online, came with in 2 days. Dead easy to fit. Thought I ordered the wrong one. Was in contact on email, was very helpful with many emails and quick responses

Ordered roof bars and they came promptly. good instructions so fitting was easy.
We needed a receipt which included vat details - this came promptly as well.

Number 2, I found the boxes; she forgot that she had put them in her house. She's old, bless her.
And number 3, I got the spares/fitting bolts today!

I ordered a rhino roof rack of them Saturday 26th. July. I was told next day delivery ( Monday 30th) every day since then I have been waiting in, and every day I get an email saying it will be coming next day. I’ve tried to phone all numbers on their website and all numbers ring once then disconnect. They gave me a DX tracking no, I phoned DX and they said this is not a correct tracking number. I’ve since emailed them letting them know I think this is a scam. I then got a return message saying “ your package was delivered at 11am. This is definitely a scam. I’ve been onto my credit card co and reported this. Avoid avoid this company at all costs. David in Manchester

Ordered dark tinted glass ,one peice of glass was for wrong van so we sent back and had to wait for replacement so had to cancel workshop time slot then they sent correct van but still clear pixilated ,Trying to palm us off with glass worth half the price that we ordered ,we now got a van with 2 holes in it until we find replacements !!!
Set van build back a month with their incompetence, never again after giving them 2 chances to sort issues !!

Ordered pair of rear windows for vw crafter, dark tint. Received 1 rear window for crafter and other 1 for a transit !!
Eventually replaced but not dark tint as ordered but clear glass.
Told they are ones I ordered and they need to update image on advert which has still not been done 🙄

Ordered a roof bar kit to fit a new van 75 plate. Purchased one in 2021 along with 2x Rhino tube carriers. (Roof rack wasn't Rhino). The roof bar at the back is around 15mm lower than the front two. The ladder roller catches the door profile at the top, I emailed customer services to ask why the Rhino tube carrier wouldn't go on and was told there only suitable for Rhino racks/bars despite there own website saying there universal and fitted a different brand roof kit I bought last time! ("This description is in regard to the universal fitting on different vehicle models") this quote is the actual response I got when asked why does your website say the tube carrier is universal? Does say anything about models for a tube carrier!
Should have read the reviews but being a returning customer with no issues I didn't feel the need too. Last time i will waste my time with these jokers! And can't return it apparently as it's now fitted asper the terms on the website.
