I am from Germany and would like to buy two bathtubs from V&A because I love this style. Unfortunately the export department couldn't help me to find a shop where I can look at them and check the comfort and proportions.

Swift, courteous and efficient response from customer service team. What a good company should be doing. Others could learn from V&A.

The quality, style and beauty of the products speak for themselves. Unusually these days though, all the staff that assisted me were very helpful. Sandra however was particularly amazing. Choosing everything during a renovation can be a minefield and Sandra went above and beyond to help me. I couldn't recommend this company and Sandra highly enough.
