Ordered a tie for a wedding this weekend (last minute I know!). I ordered late Monday evening and we’re leaving Thursday morning. Tie was dispatched yesterday and delivered this morning, I’m impressed to say the least!

Their return process is terrible
Their return process is terrible. I am planning a wedding and ordered 2 ties to allow me to choose between them. I decided and sent an email to request a return of the other... I received no reply. I sent a second email and, again, received no reply. As a tester I emailed a third email but this time I asked whether I could order a tie from them which was currently out of stock. I received a reply from this email almost instantly. It seems that they are happy to sell ties but do not have good processes in place to return unwanted items.
