Extremely late delivery
Website claimed that the item was in stock, this is the reason I ordered the item.
Order placed on the 02/01/22 with a 3-5 day delivery. I called Valve kings on the 11/01/22 when my order had not arrived, as they did not contact me to confirm late delivery.
I was told the item would be delivered by 25/01/22. I queried this as stock availability suggested otherwise. An inconsistent message was given by the colleague who took the call.
It is the 26/01/22 and the item has not been delivered. I have not received a follow up call either. This is why I have given a bad 1 star rating

We are sorry that you have experienced a subpar experience, this is not our usual service and we always inspire to improve.
Regarding your situation. We originally shipped your order on the 4th of January for delivery on the 5th, however the couriers managed to lose your parcel. The couriers had not advised us that they had lost the parcel but when you contacted us, we actioned it as quickly as possible. We were not able to offer an immediate replacement due to this being a branded product zero UK stock availability. We advised that stock would be available again on the week starting the 24th with expected delivery at some point that week. We were not able to give an exact delivery date due the current issue in the shipping ports.
The item has come back into stock this morning and your order was collected this afternoon by the courier and will be with you tomorrow. We have emailed your tracking information directly to you.

Failed to acknowledge the cancellation…
Failed to acknowledge the cancellation placed a few miuntes after palcing order, which was in erro and dispatched the good, despit being on holida and being unconractable.

Hi Harris,
I have looked into your order and can see you placed the order on the 27th of December. We shipped your order on the 29th as this was the only working day we were open during the festive period. You notified us that the you would like to cancel your order on the 30th a few hours after the item had been delivered. We did email you on the 4th of January our first day back advising that you can return your item for a refund. We received no prior or further contact from yourself.

Valve Kings Radiator
First time using Valve Kings they were very good to deal with. They kept me informed on the status of the item I ordered. I have not fitted the radiator yet, but the quality looks very good.

Our customer was advised of the return procedure via email for the pair of valves ordered which clearly stated that the refund would be in full, plus a maximum of £5.00 for the return shipping. This would more than cover the postage cost of the order. This was accepted and the items posted by the customer on a specialist, premium service which they decided to use. We referred the customer to the original email which had originally been sent prior to postage to explain the refund but we will not tolerate unnecessary aggression towards our members of staff.
