Great experience buying from Valley and Peak - contacted by email with a few queries, which were answered very quickly by Jim, placed order on Wed and arrived with the free next day delivery on Thu - all ready for my trip away on Monday. Will look to them for my next purchases.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. I had a problem with the delivery but customer service dealt with it quickly and was able to get to a solution. I can’t fault V&P. I’ve used them before and will continue to do so in the future.

Brilliant service!
What a fantastic service. I was looking for a new backpack and I emailed for some advice about the two packs I was looking at. I got a prompt response with a recommendation for a different pack that was actually cheaper!
Quick delivery too. I first heard about Valley and Peak from Chris (MCM Outdoors) and I will definitely be using them again. Thank you to Jim and his team.
