Great customer experience
Great customer experience. Had an issue with UPS delivery and the Valley and Peak team sorted it swiftly - sent a new item out and reassured/updated me along the way. I had never ordered from this company before but now will use them as my go-to...AND I just noticed that they supply enlightened equipment!! As a thru-hiker with thousands of miles under my belt, finding out about a company like this makes me SO happy!

I was between sizes on a product and bought first with a discount code,contacted them and they billed me out another,with same discount code and I’ve returned one back to them.Also big thumbs up for finally bringing Enlighened Equipment products too the uk so no custom payments.
