The dress and quality of the picture does not fit what I received. First of all it comes from china, even though I paid for fast delivery, it came 4 weeks late. it doesn’t have Valentina rose packaging and the quality of the dress is costume like. They also claim they dont offer returns for any discount items which means you cannot buy to try the product. Honestly quality is £10 at the most.

It’s a shame you can’t give 0 as this company is just a scam. Taken money for an order 5 weeks ago, no update on where it is and completely ignore my requests for a refund. As it stands they are just a bunch of thieves hiding behind a website
De verzending duurde heel erg lang, de jurk was van hele slechte kwaliteit en ze wilden hem niet retour aannemen.
Even 1 star is way to much for this store IT'S A SCAM! Whatever you buy you can NOT return they hold up a fake "final sale item" bs story on no legal grounds and just keep saying that. So DONT ORDER!
If you orderd here, and payed by mastercard call them they can start a case and get your money back. Cause let's be honest they don't deserve a penny!
Avoid this online retailer. I ordered 4 items, they arrived 5 weeks late with no tags. I had no use for them being so late and immediately requested a refund, they are refusing to allow me to return the items. They are claiming they were final sale items which is untrue. They were not advertised as discounted and the invoice did not indicate they were final sale. The worst online retailer I have experienced, I continue to fight for my money back.
Do not buy from here! It’s been a month since i ordered one dress and still no uppdate about it. After contacting customer service multiple times they claim that the order is still being ”prepared for shipment” and refuse to aknowledge my cancellation of the order. Based on this treatment and previous reviews i am sure that i wont get my money back either.
Ordered 5 dresses for a graduation ball. It said they would arrive 7-10 days, they didn’t arrive till nearly 2 months later. I tried to refund as I didn’t have a use for them anymore and they said because they were final sale items (which they weren’t) I couldn’t return them. HUGE SCAM, stay away.
The delivery took 1 month, and the quality of the dresses not what they promote, return is not available, and they have a fake trustpilot score. Keep reading for details:
1. The customer support was only giving me fake promises and telling me they are checking but still it took too long and I had to do an extra purchase.
2. Moreover, the quality is completely different from what they show in their pictures. Models' dresses have extra shaping items to make the dress look good (it's even noticeable on the pictures) but what they send it just a piece of cheap fabric.
3. On top of that, when trying to return, it happened that because it had a discount, the items are not eligible for a refund. Do not buy from here, it's a scam.
4. Also, they claim to have a 4.7 trustpilot score on their website that does not even have a link to redirect and see the actual reviews (= it's just an image).
Ik heb een kleedje besteld. Beloofde wachttijd was maximum 12 dagen, waarvan 2 dagen bestonden uit het uitzenden van de pakketjes en 10 dagen maximaal beloofde levertijd. Ik heb 21 dagen moeten wachten voor de pakketjes het filiaal hebben verlaten en dan nog eens 10 dagen voor het aankwam. Dit is zeer jammer. Wanneer het pakketje eindelijk aankwam leek het ook echt niets op de foto’s.

Ik had een jurk besteld voor mijn dochter haar diploma uitreiking. Levering heeft meer dan een maand geduurd. Slecht contact te krijgen. Was in de sales, maar nu in de final sale en kan het niet meer terug gestuurd worden. Daarnaast was de bestelling niet compleet. Reactie is retour kan niet. Ondanks dat het geen final sale was, meer dan 30 dagen duurde en niet compleet was komt er geen enkele oplossing vanuit hun. Klantvriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid nul. Nooit iets bestellen.

Nearly 1 month waiting for delivery, with constant emails saying processed, passed customs and on its way, to then be told it’s not been processed yet.
I asked for a refund and was told it’s being processed so I cannot get a refund.
This is definitely a scam STAY AWAY
Ordered a dress, payment was accepted immediately, but the item was never shipped. Customer service does not respond and I continue receiving promotional emails. Based on my experience, I believe this website is not trustworthy.
Quiero denunciar que compre un bolso en esta empresa y NUNCA LO RECIBÍ, lo he reclamado en múltiples ocasiones y tambien pedí el reembolso y ya ni siquiera contestan . UNA AUTÉNTICA VERGÜENZA
