I found the perfect earrings to complement my new formal dress on the Valentina- Rose website but when I went to checkout I realised they didn't ship to Australia. I emailed Sarah and within a day my order was placed and the following day Sarah shipped them. I'm so impressed.

Soooooo sparkly!!!
I ordered a pair of drop earrings for an event, as last minute a pair of mine broke! I was unsure about buying online as I usually buy jewellery in store, but there was nothing to worry about.
The earrings are gorgeous.. So pretty, soooo sparkly and a few people actually commented on them! Delivery was really quick as well, which I needed and Sarah was great. She reassured me that she'd send them straight away, and she did. :)

Perfect for a Summer Wedding

Absolutely amazing experience with valentina rose jewellery.
The customer service is a amazing, at first I had a little issue with my order I mistakenly got sent the wrong order so I emailed customer service , within minutes I got a reply from Sarah stating that she was so sorry and she was on holiday and her friend has been helping out with orders why she was away and got confused, she sent me out a new one next day of what I ordered straight away, refunded my delivery and told me to keep the wrong one that was sent out, which instantly I knew this was a good company that cares about her customers.
I ordered a second time with them and I asked if in a new collection could she bring out matching earrings as I couldn’t find any that match.
She kindly emailed me and said that she has found some that match and sent them out with my new order free of charge. I actually could have cried it made my day as there’s not many good companies out there that would go above and beyond for there customers.
I would 1000000% recommend this company for all your jewellery as it’s good quality and amazing customer service not to mention that is beautiful.
If I could rate more than 5 starts I would !!

Awful!!! Purchased a necklace which tarnished in less than a week and the customer service is less than helpful claiming I was the blame and nothing they can do. Overpriced and terrible quality

After reviewing your photos and messages, it was clear that the discolouration was caused by external staining, likely from hair dye or henna, which can damage jewellery if not cleaned off immediately.
Our pieces are crafted with care and tested for quality. We always aim to support our customers where possible, but in this case, the damage was not due to a defect or manufacturing issue.
