Amazing service
Amazing service! I have received my order quicker then expected and everything was well packed. The bags are beautiful, good quality and looks exactly as in photos.

I had a great experience where the staff responded to my emails instantly and helped me. I ordered a little black head machine and only paid for postage. I would just make yourself aware that you will be signing up when you order something, so like anything - read the small print so you can have a good experience like I did...and know what to expect. :) I am really happy with my item and the service I received.

Firstly I have to say Thank you 🙏🏼.. you didn’t con me, and I wasn’t scammed. You actually restored my faith in ordering on line, after I was conned out of £29 for 1 Velcro curler(retail price£1.00), which should of been a ceramic hair curler... “I felt so disheartened “🥺
I registered with Vaiva.co.uk a few months back, wow I loved all their gifts. Yet still I was unsure 😐
They would send me lovely emails letting me know of their amazing offers, (Even when I didn’t reply back)..
Until 1day a beautiful 4Pc’s Bag set caught my eye, I’m not going to lie so did the price “£0.95 that can’t be right”.. with postage it came to £2.90...

£29.95 a month just to purchase from them
Bought jewellery online but never received (I’ll be taking this further). No reply to my contact via their form. Very important to know they charge you £29.95 a month to purchase/be a member. I didnt realise that so have now cancelled my subscription. Very sneaky tactics and very poor customer service.

I recently purchased a matching set of handbags, they arrived a few days late, but during a lockdown period this was to be expected. The bags themselves were just as described and are perfect for my needs. I would not hesitate to purchase again or recommend to others.
